भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा के बिलासपुर पहुंचने पर भाजपा सरकार से लेकर आम कार्यकर्ता काफी गदगद नजर आए। ज़ाहिर है कि जिस प्रदेश तथा जिला से सम्बन्धित नेता सबसे बड़ी तथा सत्ताधारी पार्टी का राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष हो तो खुशी होना स्वाभाविक था। उस पर तुर्रा यह कि सौम्य स्वभाव के हंसमुख नड्डा विपक्ष तक को घेरते हुए शब्दों की मर्यादा को नहीं भूलते। उनका यही अंदाज उनकी जनमानस में लोकप्रियता का आधार भी है।

नड्डा के आगमन पर मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर व प्रदेश के मंत्री, सांसदों व युवा मोर्चा के अध्यक्षों ने फूलों से उनका स्वागत किया। भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं के ‘नड्डा जी को जय श्री राम’ तथा ‘भारत माता की जय’ के नारों से बिलासपुर गूंज उठा। उत्साहित कार्यकर्ताओं ने पटाखे चलाकर राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष का स्वागत किया। नड्डा कार्यकर्ताओं से बातचीत करने के बाद सीएम जयराम के साथ खुली जीप में लुहनू मैदान की तरफ निकले। गौर हो कि
बिहार चुनाव में जीत के बाद विश्व की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा बिलासपुर पहुंचे हैं।
जेपी नड्डा मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर के साथ एम्स गए।

बिलासपुर में कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए नड्डा ने प्रदेश की विपक्षी पार्टी पर कांग्रेस पर भी तंज कसे। उन्होंने बिलासपुर की स्थानीय बोली में कहा कि
“कित्तिया एम्स, कदों बणना, हुण बोलदे लगुरा बणना”। इस पर यहां मौजूद करीब 5000 लोगों ने खूब ठहाके लगाए।
भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नड्डा ने कहा कि विपक्ष को भी सुबह उठकर कुछ काम चाहिए। पहले विपक्ष कहता था कि एम्स कहां है, कब बनेगा, लेकिन अब कहते हैं कि बन रहा है। मेरी प्रेरणा वे लोग हैं, जो तब मेरे साथ थे जब मैं कुछ भी नहीं था। वे अब भी मेरे साथ हैं। भाजपा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष ने
कहा कि जब मैं दिल्ली में सुबह उठता हूं तो मुझे मेरे अपनों की शक्लें याद आती हैं, जो मां भारती की सेवा करने को प्रेरित करती हैं। समारोह में मौजूद हर व्यक्ति के साथ बिलासपुर की हर पहाड़ी को चढ़ा है। साथ में पसीना बहाया है। कहा कि नड्डा जी तुम आगे बढ़ो, हम तुम्हारे साथ हैं सिर्फ नारा नहीं है, लेकिन यह हकीकत है और आप लोगों की प्रेरणा ही है कि मैं इस मुकाम पर हूं। कहा कि कोरोना प्रोटोकाल के कारण हिमाचल आना नहीं हुआ।


अब इतने लंबे अरसे बाद बड़ी खुशखबरी के साथ आया हूं। पुराने दिनों को याद करते हुए नड्डा ने कहा कि जब मैं विचारधारा को लेकर बिलासपुर कॉलेज आता था तो लोग कहते थे कौन है नड्डा, क्या है नड्डा? उन्हें सलाह दी जाती थी कि सत्ताधारी पार्टी के साथ काम करें, लेकिन मैं कहता था कि मैं मां भारती की सेवा करने आया हूं। आज भी वही कर रहा हूं। भाजपा इकलौती ऐसी पार्टी है, जो जनसेवा की भावना से सत्ता में आई है।  साथ रहेंगे तभी मिलेंगे बड़े प्रोजेक्ट
जेपी नड्डा ने मंच से सभी को एक होकर काम करने का संदेश दिया। कहा कि मैं कहता हूं कि 5 या 10 करोड़ प्रोजेक्ट के लिए बहुत हैं तो आप कहते हैं कि नहीं हमें बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट चाहिए। यह बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट तभी मिलेगा, जब साथ मिलकर देश के लिए काम करेंगे। अगर अधीर हुए तो कुछ भी नहीं मिलेगा।

भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि कोरोना काल के शुरुआती दौर में भारत के पास न तो टेस्टिंग लैब थीं और न ही कोरोना से बचाव को कोई अस्पताल। फिर भी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने तीन महीने में सब संभव कर दिखाया। बिलासपुर में स्वागत समारोह के दौरान उन्होंने कोरोना काल में विश्व के अन्य देशों को भी दवाइयां उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए पीएम मोदी का आभार जताया।

कहा कि आज भारत के पास 1650 कोविड अस्पताल और 4.5 लाख बेड हैं। पीएम मोदी ने कम से कम 150 देशों को पैरासिटामोल का निर्यात किया है। भारत पहले पर्सनल प्रोटेक्शन उपकरण विदेशों से मंगवाता था, लेकिन अब देश 4.5 लाख पर्सनल प्रोटेक्शन उपकरण बनाकर दुनिया में दूसरे स्थान पर आता है।

नड्डा ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी ने अमेरिका के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप को कुल्लू की टोपी तोहफे में देकर न केवल हिमाचल का सम्मान बढ़ाया है बल्कि लोकल फॉर वोकल को भी बढ़ावा दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में भी फॉर्मर प्रोड्यूसर आर्गेनाइजेशन बनाएं। जिसके लिए एक लाख करोड़ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देंगे।

कहा कि इसमें आपको तय करना है कि अनाज की स्टोरेज कहां होगी, कहां कोल्ड स्टोर बनेगा और उसके लिए सड़क कहां से बननी है। कौन सी फैक्ट्री लगाई जाए जिससे आपके अनाज में वैल्यू एडिशन हो सके। वहीं, बागवान सेब बेचने के साथ ही इसका इस्तेमाल अन्य उत्पादों में भी करें ताकि लोकल फॉर वोकल को बढ़ावा मिल सके।
