नाबालिग से दुराचार, मामला दर्ज

बिलासपुर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

जिला में एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ दुराचार करने का मामला सामने आया है। पीड़िता ने बरमाणा थाना में दुराचार करने व धमकाने की शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दी शिकायत में बताया है कि वह 10वीं कक्षा की छात्रा है। गत दिवस वह ऑनलाइन पेपर जमा करवाने स्कूल गई थी लेकिन पेपर जमा न होने पर वह वापस घर जाने लगी। इसी दौरान उसके मोबाइल पर एक युवक का फोन आया जिसने 2-3 माह पहले उसके घर पर बिजली का काम किया था। उक्त युवक ने अपनी मां से मिलाने के बहाने उसे एक जगह बुलाया। पीड़िता के अनुसार वह उक्त युवक को अच्छे से जानती थी इसलिए वह उसके द्वारा बुलाई गई जगह पर चली गई।
इसी दौरान उक्त युवक उसे अपने घर ले गया, जहां पर कोई भी नहीं था। घर के अंदर जाते ही उक्त युवक उसके साथ अश्लील हरकतें करने लगा, जिसका उसने विरोध किया लेकिन इसके बावजूद उसने उसके साथ दुराचार किया। दुराचार के बाद उक्त युवक ने किसी को घटना के बारे में बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए उसे घर भेज दिया। घर पहुंचने पर शाम के समय उसने अपनी मां को आपबीती सुनाई, जिसके बाद पुलिस में मामला दर्ज करवाया गया। बहरहाल पुलिस ने पीड़िता की शिकायत पर भारतीय दंड संहिता की विभिन्न धाराओं व पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। डीएसपी मुख्यालय संजय शर्मा ने बताया कि मामले में आगामी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जा रही है।
