जनजातीय क्षेत्र भरमौर उपमंडल में जनजातीय उपयोजना के तहत विकास कार्यों को सुनिश्चित बनाया जा रहा है |
सड़क स्वास्थ्य बिजली पानी जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार कृत संकल्पित है यह वाक्य भरमौर उपमंडल में परियोजना सलाहकार समिति की बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए विधायक जियालाल कपूर ने कहे, उन्होंने कहां की जनजातीय उपयोजना के तहत भरमौर उपमंडल के विभिन्न विकासात्मक कार्यों के लिए 65 करोड़ 98 लाख रुपए की धनराशि इस वित्तीय वर्ष में व्यय की जा रही है और विशेष केंद्रीय सहायता योजना के तहत 67 लाख 63 हजार की धनराशि उपलब्ध करवाई गई है | परियोजना सलाहकार समिति की दितीय तिमाही की बैठक आरंभ करने से पूर्व, पूर्व विधानसभा अध्यक्ष स्वर्गीय पंडित तुलसीराम शर्मा कीदिवंगत आत्मा की शांति के लिए 2 मिनट का मौन रखा गया और श्रद्धांजलि दी गई |


भरमौर पांगी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए उनके उल्लेखनीय योगदान को भी याद किया गया

विभाग बार विकासात्मक कार्यों की भौतिक एवं वित्तीय कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए विधायक कपूर ने कहा कि उपमंडल में लोक निर्माण विभाग व जल शक्ति विभाग में जिन ठेकेदारों ने बेवजह कार्यों को लटका के रखा हुआ है उन्हें संबंधित अधिकारी तुरंत प्रभाव से आवंटित कार्यों को निरस्त करें और नए सिरे से ही निविदाएं आमंत्रित करवाई जाएं, उन्होंने कहा कि बेवजह विकासात्मक कार्यों को लटकाने वाले ठेकेदारों को बिल्कुल भी सहन नहीं किया जाएगा | उनके खिलाफ कड़ी अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी |

समस्त विभागीय अधिकारी पारदर्शिता और गुणात्मक कार्यों को तवज्जो दें,
उन्होंने कहा कि कठिन भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के चलते इस क्षेत्र में विकास कार्यों के लिए कम समय अवधि होती है लिहाजा तमाम विकास कार्यों को तीव्र गति प्रदान की जाए |
लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता द्वारा भरमौर क्षेत्र में निर्माणाधीनसड़कों पुलों व भवनों के कार्यों की विस्तृत रूप से जानकारी दी गई और बताया कि राजकीय महाविद्यालय भरमौर के भवन का कार्य जून माह 2021तक पूर्ण कर लिया जाएगा, विधायक कपूर ने संतोष व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इन कार्यों को और तेज गति प्रदान की जाए|

बैठक में जल शक्ति विभाग के अधिकारी ने बताया कि भरमौर क्षेत्र में 13 के करीब पेयजल योजनाओं का कार्य प्रगति पर है जल्दी इन्हें लोक अर्पित किया जा रहा है
अतिरिक्त जिला दंडाधिकारी भरमौर पीपी सिंह ने सदन को अवगत कराते हुए कहा कि फरवरी माह में किसानों बागवानों और पशुपालकों के लिए विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं | बागवानी क्षेत्र में अधिक मजबूत प्रदान करने के लिए उद्यान विभाग द्वारा एम 19 व एम 111 सेब की प्रजाति के रूट स्टॉक बागवानों को उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे |
विधायक कपूर ने हिमुडा द्वारा सिविल हॉस्पिटल के भवन निर्माण कार्य में धीमी गति से करवाने के लिए कड़ा संज्ञान लेते हुए अतिरिक्त जिला दंडाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि संबंधित अधिकारियों को कार्य में तेज गति प्रदान करने के आदेश जारी करें |
विधायक कपूर ने कहा कि सिविल हॉस्पिटल भरमौर में थायराइड व कैंसर के टेस्ट करवाने की मशीन की जल्द उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी | कोविड-19 के नमूनों की जांच को और अधिक बढ़ाने के भी खंड चिकित्सा अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए गए |
वन मंडल अधिकारी सनी वर्मा ने बताया कि भरमौर के हरित आवरण को बढ़ाने के लिए विभागीय कर्मी कार्यरत है 37 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर पौधे रोपित करने का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है|

बैठक में भरमौर के गांव सेरी में चामुंडा माता मंदिर के नजदीक हेलीपैड के निर्माण की भी संभावनाएं तलाशने की संबंधित विभाग को निर्देश जारी किए गए | बैठक में 30 के करीब नए कार्य योजनाओं को आगामी वित्त वर्ष के लिए अनुमोदित किया गया |

बैठक में उपमंडल अधिकारी नागरिक मनीष सोनी, विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारीगण, जनजातीय सलाहकार परिषद के सदस्य राकेश जरियाल, पंचायत समिति की अध्यक्षा नीलम ठाकुर, परियोजना सलाहकार समिति के गैर सरकारी सदस्य भी विशेष रूप से मौजूद रहे |
