बताते चलें कि कोरोना के चलते यहां पर्यटन व्यवसाय खासा घाटे में गया है। वही अब सैलानियों के कम ही तादाद में सही लेकिन यहां का रुख करने से पर्यटन व्यापारियों को कुछ आस जगी है।

जिला चंबा के इस छोटे से पर्यटन स्थल खज्जियार में घुड़सवारी के जरिए सैकड़ों लोग अपना पेट पालते हैं

तो वहीं कई लोग छोटे मोटे पर्यटन व्यवसाय से जुड़े कार्य कर अपनी आजीविका कमा रहे हैं।

कोरोना ने इस पर्यटन स्थल में भी देश व प्रदेश की तरफ कहर बरपाया है तथा यहां के पर्यटन व्यवसाय को खूब आर्थिक चपत लगाई है। हालांकि अब थोड़ी बहुत संख्या में आ रहे सैलानियों को देखते हुए इन लोगों में थोड़े बहुत व्यापार की आस जगी है।
