चलो चंबा से पर्यटन से जुड़ेंगे खूबसूरत स्थल

चंबा, 29 दिसंबर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

चलो चंबा अभियान के कार्यान्वयन के स्वरूप को लेकर आज उपायुक्त कार्यालय की सभागार में उपायुक्त डीसी राणा की अध्यक्षता में बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि चंबा जिला में नैसर्गिक और धार्मिक पर्यटन की संभावनाओं के अलावा साहसिक पर्यटन की भी अच्छी क्षमताएं उपलब्ध हैं।

जिले में अनेक ऐसे पर्यटन स्थल हैं जो पर्यटन की दृष्टि से अछूते हैं। चलो चंबा अभियान का मकसद ऐसे सभी आकर्षणों को देश और विदेश के पर्यटकों तक पहुंचाना है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि चंबा जिले के आम लोग भी अपने क्षेत्रों में मौजूद पर्यटन की संभावना से जुड़ी किसी भी जगह की तस्वीर या वीडियो शेयर कर सकते हैं। तस्वीर और वीडियो शेयर करने के लिए डीसी चंबा के अलावा जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी और डीपीआरओ चंबा के फेसबुक पेज पर साझा किया जा सकता है।जानकारी को ईमेल dc-cha-hp@nic.in, dtdochamba@gmail.com व  dprochamba@gmail.com के माध्यम से भी भेजा जा सकता है। तस्वीर के साथ उस जगह का संक्षिप्त विवरण भी देना होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि चंबा जिला में मौजूद इन तमाम आकर्षणों को एक कॉफी टेबल बुक के रूप में भी आने वाले समय में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। चंबा जिला के पारंपरिक कला- शिल्प और खान- पान को भी इस अभियान का हिस्सा बनाया जाएगा। वन विभाग मौजूदा ट्रैकिंग  रूटों की जानकारी मुहैया करेगा। इसके अलावा जिला के एसडीएम भी अपने क्षेत्रों में ट्रैकिंग की संभावनाओं वाले ट्रैकिंग रूट चिन्हित करके उसकी सूची देंगे। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इन सभी ट्रैकिंग रूट के एंट्री और एग्जिट पॉइंट निश्चित किए होने चाहिए ताकि ट्रैकिंग के शौकीन लोगों को इनकी सही जानकारी रहे और उनकी सुरक्षा भी सुनिश्चित हो सके। उपायुक्त ने यह भी बताया कि चलो चंबा अभियान के तहत टूरिस्ट गाइड, ट्रेकिंग, कैम्पिंन्ग और आतिथ्य सेवा को लेकर प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था रहेगी। चंबा जिला के ऐसे गांवों जिन्होंने कला और शिल्प की पारंपरिक विरासत को अभी भी सहेज कर रखा है उन्हें भी चलो चंबा अभियान के साथ संबद्ध किया जाना है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि वन विभाग जिला के पारंपरिक तौर पर उपयोग किए जाने वाले ट्रैकिंग रूट पर अस्थाई शेल्टर होम तैयार करने की  कार्य योजना भी बनाए ताकि प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों में ट्रैकर इनमें शरण ले सकें। चलो चंबा अभियान में सामुदायिक सहभागिता को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी ताकि ना केवल स्थानीय स्तर पर लोगों को पर्यटन की गतिविधियों के साथ सीधे तौर पर जोड़ा जा सके बल्कि क्षेत्र विशेष के मानवीय संसाधन का क्षमता विकास भी होता रहे। ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन भी इस अभियान का विशेष हिस्सा रहेगा ताकि जिले में होने वाले पर्यटन विकास के साथ- साथ पर्यावरणीय सुरक्षा भी सुनिश्चित हो। उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि चंबयाल परियोजना और वन बंधु कल्याण परियोजना का कन्वर्जेंस भी चलो चंबा अभियान के साथ रखा जाएगा ताकि पर्यटन के समग्र स्वरूप को जमीनी हकीकत में बदला जा सके। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि चलो चंबा अभियान की कोर कमेटी की बैठक अगले सप्ताह आयोजित की जाएगी। इस कमेटी में सहायक आयुक्त, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी, भरमौर स्थित पर्वतारोहण संस्थान के प्रभारी, जिला लोक संपर्क अधिकारी और जिला भाषा अधिकारी भी शामिल रहेंगे। बैठक में अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मुकेश रेपसवाल के अलावा सहायक आयुक्त रामप्रसाद शर्मा, सहायक वन अरण्यपाल रजनीश कुमार, परियोजना अधिकारी डीआरडीए योगेंद्र कुमार, कार्यवाहक संग्रहालय अध्यक्ष भूरी सिंह संग्रहालय सुरेंद्र ठाकुर व अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।
