अग्रणी बैंक जिला चंबा की जिला स्तरीय परामर्श दात्री एवं समीक्षा समिति की जून व  सितंबर की समाप्त तिमाही  बैठक का आयोजन बचत भवन चंबा में किया गया |  
बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते उपायुक्त चंबा डीसी राणा ने कहा कि जिला के सभी बैंक जमा ऋण अनुपात को बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित बनाएं| उन्होंने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि एक उप समिति का गठन करके कारगर रणनीति पर बल दिया जाए,  और नियमित अंतराल पर इसका विश्लेषण करें ताकि सरकारी योजनाओं के तहत प्रायोजित ऋण प्रस्तावों का शीघ्र और समय बद्ध तरीके से निपटारा सुनिश्चित बनाया जा सके | 


 उन्होंने इस बात पर भी बल देते हुए कहा कि कृषि व एम एम एम ई ऋण को भी बढ़ावा दिया जाए तथा संबंधित विभाग प्रायोजित ऋण प्रस्तावों की सूची एलडीएम को भी प्रेषित करें ताकि इसकी निगरानी और बेहतर रूप से की जा सके | उपायुक्त ने जिला के किसानों को कृषि पशुपालन व मछली पालन व्यवसाय को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की उपलब्धता को शत-प्रतिशत करने की भी बात कही।
बैठक में अग्रणी जिला प्रबंधक भूपेंद्र सिंह ने उपायुक्त चंबा व अन्य सभी भागीदारों बैंकों के अधिकारी तथा सरकारी विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों का स्वागत करते हुए बताया कि चंबा जिला में  30 सितंबर 2020 को जमा धनराशियां  9415.97 करोड़ व ऋण राशि 1498.33 करोड थी  | जिले का जमा ऋण अनुपात 27.67  प्रतिशत है |
 बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त चंबा ने नाबार्ड के संभाव्यता युक्त ऋण योजना का भी विमोचन किया, इस बारे में साहिल स्वांगला डीडीएम नाबार्ड ने बताया कि यह योजना 603. 72 करोड़ की है | उपायुक्त चंबा ने एल डी एम को निर्देशित किया कि इसकी जानकारी सभी बैंकों को दी जाए व अगले वित्त वर्ष का वार्षिक क्रेडिट प्लान बनाया जाए |
 कोविड- के बढ़ते मामलों पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि बैंकों में भी जारी गाइडलाइन की अनुपालना  को कड़ाई से सुनिश्चित बनाएं और टोकन व्यवस्था को भी बढ़ावा दें ताकि संक्रमण की चेन को भी कम करने में मदद मिल सके|  इस अवसर पर मौजूद अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त चंबा मुकेश रेप्सवाल ने विभिन्न बैंकों के अधिकारियों से कहा कि प्रायोजित ऋण प्रस्तावों का निपटारा प्राथमिकता पर शीघ्र किया जाए | परियोजना अधिकारी डीआरडीए चंबा ओम प्रकाश ठाकुर ने राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अंतर्गत स्वयं सहायता समूह के ऋण प्रस्तावों के निपटारे के उपरांत खंड विकास अधिकारियों को भी समय बद्ध तरीके से अवगत करवाने के लिए आग्रह किया | बैठक में ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान चंबा के अधिकारी सतीश कुमार सहित अन्य विभिन्न बैंकों के अधिकारीगण भी मौजूद रहे
