आदर्श पंचायत परछोड़ की विधवा कैलाशो देवी को इंतजार है, सरकारी मदद का ताकि वह अपने जर्जर घर की जगह नया मकान बना सके। जिंदगी भी कम बची है तो उम्मीद यही है कि जिंदा रहते नया घर बन पाए। न सिर्फ बुजुर्ग कैलाशो देवी बल्कि आदर्श पंचायत परछोड़ के तहत दर्जनों ऐसे परिवार हैं, जिनके घर जर्जर हो चुके हैं। पंचायत के सहयोग से सरकार ने ग्राम विकास योजना के तहत करीब इन लोगों को घरों के निर्माण की जरूरत को लेकर सर्वे हुआ था। इसके अलावा करीब 40 परिवारों ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत गृह निर्माण अनुदान को आवेदन किया था। सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर भेजे गए आवेदनों पर 2 साल गुजर जाने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो पाई है।


गृह निर्माण के लिए कोई भी बजट सरकार की तरफ से अब तक न मिलने के कारण यह लोग मायूस हैं। बताते चलें कि आदर्श पंचायत परछोड़ के करीब अति निर्धन परिवारों के जर्जर हो चुके मकानों को देखते हुए पंचायत ने सरकारी योजना तहत इन लोगों को घर मिलने की उम्मीद में प्रस्ताव पारित किए थे। विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के तहत नए घर के लिए इन परिवारों ने आवेदन किए थे। वहीं 2 साल गुजर जाने के बाद भी किसी भी व्यक्ति को घर बनाने के लिए बजट नहीं मिल पाया है। एक तरफ तो सरकार गरीबों के कल्याण की बात करती है और लाभकारी योजनाएं बनाती है लेकिन जमीनी सच्चाई यह है कि इन पात्र लोगों को सरकारी मदद समय से नहीं मिल पाती। लिहाजा इन लोगों में इस सारे मामले को लेकर रोष है।


इस संदर्भ में आदर्श पंचायत परछोड़ की प्रधान सरिता चंबयाल बताया कि विलेज डेवलपमेंट प्लान के तहत 20 लोगों ने गृह निर्माण के लिए सर्वे से आवेदन किया था जबकि प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना के तहत 40 आवेदन पंचायत से गए हैं। लेकिन 2 साल गुजर जाने के बाद भी ज्यादातर लोगों को गृह निर्माण अनुदान नहीं मिल पाया है जिससे कि वह लोग निराश हैं । उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की कि जल्द से जल्द लोगों को गृह निर्माण अनुदान प्रदान किया जाए ताकि गरीबों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके।


उधर इस संदर्भ में जब खंड विकास अधिकारी बशीर खान से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि बजट के हिसाब से ही पंचायतों को गृह निर्माण के लिए अनुदान आवंटित किया जाता है। उन्होंने बताया कि हाल ही में सिर्फ 24 घरों के लिए अनुदान का बजट मिला था जिसे सभी पंचायतों में पात्रता को देखते हुए अति गरीब लोगों को वितरित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि बजट के आने पर लोगों को अनुदान वितरित कर दिया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना को लेकर उन्होंने बताया कि अभी ऑपचारिक्ताए जारी है तथा बजट आने पर अनुदान प्रदान किया जाएगा।
