जिले में रोजाना होंगे 400 कोरोना टैस्ट

चंबा, 22 नवम्बर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

वायरस संक्रमण की रोकथाम को लेकर स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा तैयार की गई कार्य योजना के तहत आरटी- पीसीआर टेस्टिंग की क्षमता को 400 टेस्ट प्रतिदिन किया जाएगा ताकि अधिकाधिक लोगों के टेस्ट संभव हो सकें। उपायुक्त डीसी राणा ने बताया कि आरटी-पीसीआर टेस्टिंग की क्षमता को बढ़ाने के लिए टेस्टिंग लैब को भी चौबीसों घंटे कार्यशील बनाए जाने की दिशा में कार्य किया जाएगा ताकि निरंतर टेस्टिंग सुनिश्चित हो सके। उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि जिले में 60 वर्ष की आयु से अधिक के उन व्यक्तियों की पहचान करने को लेकर एक्टिव केस फाइंडिंग मुहिम शुरू की गई है जो गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रसित रहे हैं। इस कार्य को आशा वर्कर के अलावा हेल्थ वर्कर द्वारा अंजाम दिया जाएगा।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि एक्टिव केस फाइंडिंग के माध्यम से जिले में उन लोगों का डाटा इकट्ठा किया जाएगा जो गंभीर बीमारियों के चलते कोरोना वायरस की चपेट में जल्द आ सकते हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आम जनमानस में कोरोना वायरस के खतरे और उससे बचाव के तौर-तरीकों को लेकर जागरूकता अभियान भी चलाया जाएगा।  उपायुक्त ने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण से बचाव के तौर-तरीकों की कतई भी अनदेखी ना करें। विशेष तौर से घर से बाहर सार्वजनिक जगहों पर मास्क का अवश्य उपयोग करें और शारीरिक दूरी भी बनाए रखें। लोग सामाजिक आयोजनों में भी इन सभी एहतियातों की अनुपालना करने के प्रति पूरी तरह से सचेत रहें। उपायुक्त ने ये भी कहा कि बुखार, खांसी, सांस लेने में दिक्कत व स्वाद में कमी होने के लक्षण हों तो तुरंत टेस्ट करवाएं और इसमें लापरवाही कदापि न बरतें। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जो अब तक के आंकड़े प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं उनके मुताबिक जिले में कोरोना  से हुई मौतों की सबसे बड़ी वजह विलंब से जांच करवाना भी रही है। मौजूदा सर्दी के मौसम को देखते हुए भी लोगों को बरती जानेे वालीवाली सभी  कोई भी समझौता नहीं करना चाहिए। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा अब तक जिले में कुल 38412 सैंपल के लिए गए। जिनमें से 1671 पॉजिटिव पाए गए जबकि 1453 मामले रिकवर हुए। मौजूदा समय में जिले में 196 एक्टिव मामले हैं। इस समय जिले में प्रति एक हजार की आबादी पर टेस्टिंग 74 हैै जो कार्य योजना के लागू होते ही और बढ़ेगी। उपायुक्त ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस समय जिले में रिकवरी की दर 87 फ़ीसदी है जबकि मृत्यु दर 1.5 फ़ीसदी है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी चंबा द्वारा कोरोना वायरस की रोकथाम और प्रबंधन के लिए बनाई गई रणनीति के कार्यान्वयन के बाद नतीजों में और बदलाव सामने आने की उम्मीद है। विभिन्न विभागों के परस्पर समन्वय के अलावा पंचायती राज और शहरी निकायों के प्रतिनिधियों की भी सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाने की दिशा में सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
