विधायक पवन नैय्यर ने स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं को हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया रवाना

 सदर विधायक  पवन नैय्यर ने आज ज़िला चम्बा में हिम सुरक्षा अभियान का शुभआरंभ करते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम को परिधि ग्रह  से हरी झंडी दिखा कर रवाना किया । इस दौरान कार्यवाहक अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त  दीप्ति मंढोत्रा भी उपस्थित रहीं । 

 उपायुक्त कार्यालय  के कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान  हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा शुरू किए गए हिम सुरक्षा अभियान से संबंधित जानकारी देते हुए स्थानीय विधायक पवन  नैय्यर  ने बताया कि यह अभियान प्रदेश भर में 25 नवंबर से 27 दिसंबर  तक चलाया जाएगा ।  

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि इस अभियान के माध्यम से स्वस्थ्य विभाग द्वारा  कोरोना  महामारी, क्षय रोग, कुष्ठ रोग और अन्य गैर संचारी रोगों के बारे में स्वास्थ्य विभाग  और आशा कार्यकर्त्ता  के सहयोग से 25 नवंबर से 27 दिसंबर तक घर-घर जाकर एक्टिव केस फाइंडिंग के लिए स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी ।

उन्होंने कहा कि  प्रदेश में वर्तमान  में कोरोना के मामले बढ़े हैं ।  वायरस संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए  प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए हैं । इसी के  दृष्टिगत हिम सुरक्षा अभियान को भी शुरू किया गया है । उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस अभियान के  सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने होंगे । उन्होंने कहा कि जिला  में सरकार द्वारा उचित प्रबंध व्यवस्था को भी सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है ।  उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि   वायरस संक्रमण से डरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है अपितु इससे सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है । उन्होंने लोगों से एहतियातन सावधानियां और सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किए गए दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करने का भी आह्वान किया ।

इस दौरान कार्यवाहक अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त दीप्ति मंढोत्रा ने कहा कि कोरौना वायरस संक्रमण के प्रसार के रोकथाम को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा एक कार्य योजना को तैयार किया गया है। कार्य योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में महत्वपूर्ण विभागों की भूमिका को तय करने के अलावा फीडबैक के आधार पर कार्य व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है । 

इस दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी  डॉक्टर राजेश गुलेरी ने  अभियान के तहत कार्य रूपरेखा की जानकारी देते हुए बैठक में अगवत किया कि   जिला की लगभग पांच लाख से अधिक की आबादी की  स्वास्थ विभाग की 600 टीमों द्वारा स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी। अभियान के दौरान स्वास्थ्य विभाग और आयुर्वेद विभाग के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी ,आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और आशा कार्यकर्ता की टीम में लोगों के घरों  में जाकर कोरोना, क्षय रोग और कुष्ठ रोग के साथ-साथ मधुमेह उच्च रक्तचाप व हृदय रोग जैसे गैर संक्रामक रोगों से ग्रस्त लोगों की जानकारी एकत्रित करेगी । इस अभियान के दौरान गांव व शहरों के मजदूर व झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग भी की जाएगी ।

उन्होंने लोगों से आह्वान करते हुए कहा की असमान्य लक्षण की अवस्था में  तुरंत नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में जांच करवाएं । बुखार ,खांसी गले में तेज दर्द जेसे लक्ष्य होने पर  नजदीक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में जा कर चिकित्सीय परामर्श अवश्य लें ।

इस अवसर पर जिला स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉक्टर जालम भारद्वाज और जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी करण हितेषी भी उपस्थित रहे ।
