जीवन प्रमाण-पत्र ट्रेज़री में जमा करना जरूरी

 जिला कोषाधिकारी टीएस खन्ना ने  बताया कि जिले के विभिन्न  बैंकों के माध्यम से पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाले हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के पेंशनभोगियों को वार्षिक जीवन प्रमाण पत्र कोष कार्यालय में जमा करना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि आधार संख्या को ई-पेंशन सिस्टम में रखा गया है और यह जीवन प्रमाण से भी जुड़ा हुआ है। इसलिए पेंशनभोगी खुद को जीवन प्रमाण वेबसाइट द्वारा भी प्रमाणित कर सकते हैं और जीवन प्रमाण पत्र को जेनेरेट कर जीवन प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति सम्बन्धित कोष कार्यालय को प्रेषित कर सकते हैं।    उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल सरकार के पेंशनभागी, जो जिला या  प्रदेश से बाहर रह रहे हैं अथवा बाहर स्थित बैंकों से पेंशन का आहरण कर रहे थे, उन्हें अपना जीवन प्रमाण पत्र उस राज्य या केन्द्र सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित/सत्यापित किए गए वर्तमान प्रारूप में बैंक के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया जाना था। क्योंकि राज्य सरकार ने अब आधार संख्या आधिरित बायोमैट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण के माध्यम से पेंशनरों के आॅनलाइन सत्यापन के लिए जीवन प्रमाण लागू किया है। अतः ऐसे पेंशनभोगी भी जीवन प्रमाण वेबसाइट के माध्यम से उत्पन्न जीवन प्रमाण पत्र सम्बन्धित कोष कार्यालय से भेज सकते हैं और पेंशनरों को सत्यापन के लिए कोष कार्यालय जाने की आवश्यकता नही होगी। उन्होंने वैश्विक कोरोना महामारी द्वारा उत्पन्न परिस्थिति को देखते हुए सभी पेंशनभोगियों से अनुरोध किया कि जीवन प्रमाण पत्र वेबसाइट jeevanpramaan.gov.in  द्वारा बायोमैट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण आधारित डिजिटल जीवन प्रमाण पत्र का उपयोग करें, ताकि कोष कार्यालय जाने से बचा जा सके। पेंशनभोगियों को जीवन प्रमाण पत्र की हार्डकाॅपी/मुद्रित प्रति डाक द्वारा सम्बन्धित कोष कार्यालय को भेजना अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले में वर्तमान में   9617  पेंशनभोगी है । लंबित पेंशन  के 1060 मामलों को लेकर जिला कोषाधिकारी ने पेंशन धारकों से जल्द विभागीय प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने का भी आह्वान किया ।
