बकलोह की 90 साल की उम्र की सावित्री के टूटे फूटे घर में सीएम जय राम ठाकुर की तस्वीर तो है लेकिन सरकारी योजनाओं का उजाला गायब है। खुद के लिए सुविधा मांगने की जगह वो मोदी के पोस्टर को पाने को ज्यादा लालायित दिखती है। सीएम की फोटो देख जब उसे इस बारे पूछा तो वो कहती है कि उसके पास पूरे परिवार की फोटो है। लेकिन जिसे वो पूरे परिवार की फोटो बताती है वो भाजपा का एक पोस्टर है जिसमें पीएम समेत भाजपा के नेता हैं। वो कहती है कि उसने कईयों से कहा कि यह फैमिली फोटो फट चुकी है उसे नई लाकर दो। यहां पीएम मोदी और सीएम जयराम के प्रति अगाध प्रेम तो दिखता है लेकिन सरकारी तंत्र की जवाबदेही नदारद है। ऐसे लोगों की व्यथा देखकर सरकारी योजनाओं की गरीब तक पहुंच न होना साफ नजर आता है।

आखिर कब तक जारी रहेगा यह अन्याय ओर आंखों में सरकार से उम्मीद लगाए ऐसे लोग दुनिया से रुखसत होते रहेंगे।
बताते चलें कि बकलोह की इस बुजुर्ग के अनुसार मूलत: राजस्थान के निवासी तथा बकलोह कैंट में दुकान करने वाले रोशन लाल से उसकी दूसरी शादी हुई थी। 42 साल की उम्र में पति के पागल हो जाने के चलते 20 साल इलाज के बाद पति की मौत हो गई। अपनी बेटी के अलावा घर में एक सौतेला बेटा था। बेटी को को ब्याह चुकी है तो बेटा अपने परिवार के साथ यहां से जा चुका है। उम्र के इस पड़ाव में यह अकेली महिला जिंदादिली से हालातों से लड़ रही है। उक्त महिला के अनुसार उसका नाम भी 2015 से बीपीएल सूची से काट दिया गया है। इसको लेकर को कुछ लोगों का नाम भी लेकर आरोप लगाती है। उक्त महिला के अनुसार न तो सरकार की योजना के तहत उसे नया घर मिला ओर न ही उसको आर्थिक मदद मिल पा रही है। लिहाज़ा उक्त महिला आज भी सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर काट कर मदद की आस लगाए बैठी है।

लेकिन आखिर ऐसे लोगों को गरीबों के लिए बनी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ का लाभ नहीं मिल पाता तो फिर आखिर इनका औचित्य ही क्या रह जाता है।
सरकार पर अथाह विश्वास तथा पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी समेत अन्य वरिष्ठ नेताओं को परिवार बताने वाली इस बुजुर्ग महिला को आखिर कब सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मयस्सर हो पाएगा।

उधर इस संदर्भ में जब एसडीएम भटियार बचन सिंह से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि उक्त महिला का मामला उनके ध्यान में है उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले ही दिनों उक्त महिला को मेडिकल खर्चे के तहत 15000 रूपए की मदद दी गई थी तथा पटवारी को उक्त महिला के घर की स्थिति का आकलन करके रिपोर्ट मांगी गई है जिसके बाद कंटोनमेंट बोर्ड बकलोह के अधिकारियों से बात करके उसके घर की मरम्मत का कार्य किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बुजुर्ग महिला की हर संभव मदद का भरोसा दिया।
