पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी के तहत चरस की खेप के साथ पकड़े गए दो आरोपियों को गत शाम डलहौजी की सत्र अदालत में पेश किया गया। अदालत ने दोनों आरोपियों को 4 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया है पुलिस रिमांड के दौरान होने वाली पूछताछ में चरस तस्करी को लेकर कई खुलासे हो सकते हैं। बताते चलें कि गत रोज नशे के खिलाफ चलाये गए अभियान के दौरान यातायात निरीक्षण चौकी तुन्नुहट्टी के पुलिस दल ने नाकाबंदी के दौरान गाड़ी नम्बर एचपी 01 सी 1539 मे सवार रशीद खान पुत्र सुकरदीन गाँव फंगडोटा डा0 चरोड़ी तहसील चुराह जिला चम्बा व उम्र 22 वर्ष तथा आरिफ़ खान पुत्र प्यार दीन गाँव सरोथा डा0 चरोड़ी तहसील चुराह जिला चम्बा व उम्र 28 वर्ष के कब्जे से कुल 01 किलो 269 ग्राम चरस/भांग बरामद की जिस पर उपरोक्त दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम की धारा 20, 25, 29 के अंतर्गत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।
