पति की हत्या के मामले में आरोपी महिला ओर उसके साथी को 14 दिन का ज्यूडिशियल रिमांड मिला है। 5 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड के बाद आरोपी पत्नी को उसके सहयोगी पुरुष के साथ आज चंबा की सत्र अदालत में पेश किया गया। जहां से दोनों अभियुक्तों को 14 दिन का ज्यूडिशियल रिमांड मिला है। बताते चलें कि
पिछले 3 माह से लापता हुए चालक को ढूंढने के लिए पुलिस छानबीन में जुटी हुई थी। हालांकि लापता की बहन ने अपनी शिकायत में भी अपनी भाभी पर ही हत्या का शक जताया गया था। वहीं इस बारे में ठोस सबूत न मिलने के चलते पुलिस भी पत्नी के खिलाफ कारवाई नहीं कर पा रही थी। वहीं उस व्यक्ति का शव कांगड़ा में मिलने के बाद मृतक की पत्नी के खिलाफ पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर छानबीन शुरू की थी। कांगड़ा जिला के धुंडनी माता मन्दिर क्षेत्र के जंगल में एक अज्ञात शव मिलने के बाद जब चुवाड़ी पुलिस शिनाख्त को पहुंची तो अज्ञात शव लापता हुए व्यक्ति का ही निकला। उधर पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में लिखवाई गई मृतक की बहन की शिकायत के अनुसार उसके भाई की हत्या उसकी भाभी की साजिश का परिणाम था। मृतक की बहन की शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में मृतक की पत्नी के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। छानबीन में पता चला कि उक्त महिला ने अपने एक साथी सहित इस हत्या को अंजाम दिया था। लिहाज़ा अब दोनों हत्या आरोपियों को अदालत ने 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है।
