जिला के चुराह क्षेत्र में नकरोड़ में एक दुकान को आग लगने से लाखों का सामान जल गया। जानकारी के अनुसार नकरोड़ बाजार में स्थित हनीफ मोहम्मद की हार्डवेयर की दुकान में दोपहर करीब 3 बजे आग लग गई। दुकान में रखे हुए अत्यन्त ज्वलनशील थिनर के कारण आग ने जल्द ही भयंकर रूप लेे लिया। इस दौरान स्थानीय लोग भी आग बुझाने के प्रयासों में जुट गए। इस हादसे में प्रभावित को लाखों का नुकसान हुआ है। घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद तीसा से पहुंची फायर ब्रिगेड ने आग पर काबू पा लिया। आग को समय रहते न बुझाया जाता तो इससे आग के अन्य आवासीय भवनों तक फैलने का खतरा भी हो सकता था।

घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद राजस्व विभाग हादसे में हुए नुक्सान का आकलन कर रही है।
