पुनरीक्षण कार्य 15 दिसम्बर तक

चंबा, 8 दिसंबर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त चम्बा डी0 सी0 राणा ने पुनः जिला चम्बा के   समस्त जनसाधारण से अपील करते हुए कहा कि 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 तक फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों में अपने नाम की पुष्टि कर लें।  इन सूचियों के पुनरीक्षण के लिए निर्वाचन विभाग द्वारा 16 नवम्बर, 2020 से 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 तक विशेष कार्यक्रम चलाया जा रहा है।           इसी विषय पर  डी0 सी0 राणा ने जिला चम्बा के लोगों से आह्वान किया कि वह सम्बन्धित मतदान केन्द्र, निर्वाचन रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी तथा सहायक निर्वाचन रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों के कार्यालय में अपना नाम मतदाता सूची में 15 दिसम्बर, 2020 से पहले दर्ज करवा लें।  जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त  चंबा नेेे जनसाधारण से यह भी आग्रह किया   कि  केबल मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र होने सेे मात्र यह ना समझा जाए कि मतदाता इसके आधार पर मतदान कर सकेंगे बल्कि मतदान करने हेतु फोटोयुक्तत मतदाता सूची में नाम होना आवश्यक है सभी पात्र मतदाता  नागरिक अपनी प्रविष्टियों  व फोटो को इस अवधि के दौरान फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची में सत्यापित कर ले। अपना व अपने परिवार के  वयस्क सदस्यों के नामों की पुष्टि  करके फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची में दर्ज होने से छूटे नामों को दर्ज करवा ले व मृत तथा स्थान परित्याग कर चुके मतदाताओं के नाम फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूची सेेेे कटवाने हेतू भी   सहयोग संबंधित मतदान केंद्र में नियुक्त् अभिहित अधिकारी को दे! उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिला चंबा के समस्त मतदाताओं व स्थानीय राजनीतिक दलों, गैरसरकारी स्वयं सेवा संगठनों, महिला मंडलों व  युवा मंडलों एवं अन्य समस्त नागरिकों से यह आह्वान किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त पुनरीक्षण की अवधि दिनांक 16 नवंबर, 2020 से 15 दिसंबर, 2020 तक फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों का निशुल्क निरीक्षण कर ले। समुचित फॉर्म पर दावे  व आक्षेप  प्रस्तुत करें।              निर्वाचन संबंधी किसी भी जानकारी हेतु जिला निर्वाचन  कार्यालय चंबा में  स्थापित कॉल सेंटर में टोल फ्री नंबर 1950 पर कॉल कर सकते हैं।  नाम दर्ज होने की पुष्टि विभाग की वेबसाइट www.ceohimachal.nic.in प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
