ब्रेकिंग: 395 ग्राम चरस समेत धरा तस्कर

पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी के तहत पुलिस को 395 ग्राम चरस समेत एक चरस तस्कर को पकड़ने में सफलता मिली है। जानकारी के अनुसार पुलिस चौकी बकलोह की टीम जब पठानकोट चंबा एनएच पर गश्त कर रही थी तो इस दौरान एक चरस तस्कर से यह चरस बरामद की गई। पुलिस ने चरस को कभी लेकर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जानकारी के अनुसार आज बकलोह पुलिस चौकी की टीम ने ढूंढियार बंगला नामक स्थान पर रूटीन चैकिंग कर रही थी। इस दौरान जब चंबा की ओर से आ रही एक बस को तलाशी के लिए रोका गया तो इसमें सवार सलूणी क्षेत्र के एक व्यक्ति के बैग से 395 ग्राम चरस बरामद हुई। चरस को कब्जे में लेकर आरोपी तस्कर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।

आरोपी की पहचान 23 वर्षीय प्रवेश कुमार पुत्र ध्रुबो राम गांव द्रकेटली के रूप में हुई है। सलूणी के रूप में हुई है। आरोपी के खिलाफ पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर छानबीन की जा रही है। मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए डीएसपी डलहौजी विशाल वर्मा ने बताया कि आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर पुलिस छानबीन में जुटी हुई हैं ।
