राहत: 90 फीसदी सैंपल जांचे, सभी नैगेटिव, समस्या बनी बंदिशें

समोट कंटेनमेंट ज़ोन से जांच के लिए भेजे गए 90 फ़ीसदी सैंपल नैगेटिव पाए गए हैं तो वहीं 10 फ़ीसदी सैंपल की जांच रिपोर्ट आना अभी बाकी है। ज्यादातर सैंपल नैगेटिव पाए जाना पूरी कंटेनमेंट जोन के लिए राहत की खबर लेकर आया है।
कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किए गए समोट बाजार को बंद हुए 6 दिन हो गए हैं।अब लोगों को रोजाना जरूरत के सामान जैसे दूध तथा सब्जी जैसी चीजों की कमी होने लगी है। बाहर से आने वाली दूध तथा सब्जी की आपूर्ति बन्द पड़ी है तो मिठाई विक्रेताओं को मिठाई खराब होने का नुक्सान उठाना पड़ रहा है। स्थानीय लोग भी किसी तरह सब्जी तथा दूध के लिए डेंठा तथा टुंडी आदि कंटेनमेंट जोन से बाहर खुली हुई दुकानों से सामान लेकर पैदल लौट रहे हैं। यहां बताते चलें कि समोट बाजार को 10 तारीख शाम को आए फैसले के बाद कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित कर, डुखर तथा भटका समेत बंद कर दिया गया था। इसके बाद बन्द के तीसरे दिन हुई टैस्टिंग के कारण अब 6 दिन बाद भी 40 के करीब सैंपल पेंडिंग होने के कारण बाजार को फिर से खोलने के आदेश नहीं दिए जा सके हैं। इस कारण व्यापारियों में जहां आक्रोश है तो वहीं स्थानीय लोगों को भी सामान की किल्लत होने लगी है। गौर हो कि सिर्फ कंटेनमेंट जोन से करीब 350 के करीब सैंपल व्यापक टेस्टिंग के दौरान एकत्र कर जांच के लिए भेजे थे वही 36 लोगों की जांच रिपोर्ट आना अभी बाकी है जिसके चलते अभी तक खोला नहीं जा सका है राहत की बात यह है कि अब तक 90 फ़ीसदी सैंपलों की जांच हो चुकी है तथा इसमें कोई भी संक्रमित नहीं पाया है।
उधर इस संदर्भ में बीएमओ समोट डॉक्टर सतीश फोतेदार ने बताया कि करीब 38 सैंपल की जांच रिपोर्ट आना बाकी है।
उधर नायब तहसीलदार सिहुंता भूपेंद्र कश्यप ने बताया कि पैंडिंग सैंपलों की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद बाजार खोलने बारे निर्णय किया जाएगा। उन्होंने स्थानीय लोगों से संयम की अपील करते हुए दावा किया दोपहर तक रिपोर्ट आते ही तुरंत फैसला लिया जाएगा ताकि किसी को दिक्कत न हो।
पंचायत के उपप्रधान विजय सिंह ने कहा कि लोग तथा व्यापारी शिकायत कर रहे हैं कि बन्द की अवधी के अंतिम दिन सैंपल लेने के कारण बाजार 6 दिनों से लगातार बन्द है। इससे एक ओर जहां आम लोगों को समस्या हो रही है तो वहीं व्यापारियों को भी आर्थिक नुक्सान हो रहा है। उन्होंने लोगों कि समस्या को देखते हुए प्रशासन से जल्द निर्णय की अपील की है।
