रिमांड पर भेजे मर्डर केस के आरोपी

पति की हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तार महिला तथा उसके साथी को आज चंबा की सत्र अदालत में पेश किया गया जहां अदालत ने दोनों आरोपियों को 5 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया है। बताते चलें कि गत रोज हत्या के दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी लाया गया था।
पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में दर्ज हत्या के मामले में गत रात पुलिस ने आरोपी महिला को उसके साथी समेत गिरफ्तार किया था। कुल मिलाकर सारे मामले में प्रेम प्रकरण की भी बू आ रही है।
सूत्रों की मानें तो उक्त साथी के साथ मिलकर इस महिला ने पति की पहले हत्या की तथा बाद में शव को कांगड़ा जिला के धूंदनी माता मन्दिर क्षेत्र में ठिकाने लगा दिया। लिहाज़ा हत्या की साजिश में मदद करने वाले साथी समेत आरोपी महिला को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने अब तक की छानबीन में मिले सबूतों के आधार पर उक्त महिला तथा इसी क्षेत्र से संबंधित बताए जा रहे 45 वर्षीय व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया है। करीब 35 वर्षीय इस महिला के बच्चे भी हैं जबकि मृतक पति ड्राइवरी कर परिवार चलाता था। पति की हत्या आरोपी महिला को साथी समेत गिरफ्तार कर चुवाड़ी थाने लाया गया है तथा कल इन्हे अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा। बताते चलें कि बलाणा निवासी चालक का शव कांगड़ा जिला के धूंदनी माता मन्दिर के समीप ढांक में मिला था। बताते चलें कि
पिछले 3 माह से लापता हुए चालक को ढूंढने के लिए पुलिस छानबीन में जुटी हुई थी। वहीं इस बीच उस व्यक्ति का शव कांगड़ा में मिलने के बाद मृतक की पत्नी के खिलाफ पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया गया था। जानकारी के अनुसार भटियात की उपतहसील सिहुंता के बलाणा क्षेत्र का 48 वर्षीय व्यक्ति पिछले करीब 3 माह से लापता था। वहीं कांगड़ा जिला के तकीपुर क्षेत्र के जंगल में एक अज्ञात शव मिलने के बाद जब चुवाड़ी पुलिस शिनाख्त को पहुंची तो अज्ञात शव लापता हुए व्यक्ति का ही निकला। उधर पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में लिखवाई गई मृतक की बहन की शिकायत के अनुसार उसके भाई की हत्या उसकी भाभी की साजिश का परिणाम है। मृतक की बहन की शिकायत के आधार पर पुलिस थाना चुवाड़ी में मृतक की पत्नी के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आज उसे हत्या के सह आरोपी सहित गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। उधर मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए डीएसपी डलहौजी विशाल वर्मा ने बताया की कांगड़ा जिला में मिला शव बलाणा से लापता हुए व्यक्ति का पाया गया है तथा मृतक की बहन की शिकायत तथा अब तक की छानबीन के आधार पर गिरफ्तार महिला तथा एक व्यक्ति अदालत से 5 दिन का रिमांड मिला है। प्रेम प्रकरण होने के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा की जांच पूरी होने के बाद ही कुछ कहा जा सकता है।
