वन माफिया का फॉरेस्ट गार्ड पर हमला, मामला दर्ज

जिला के पुलिस थाना तीसा में दो लोगों के खिलाफ वन कर्मी से मारपीट का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। जानकारी के अनुसार तीसा क्षेत्र से संबंधित बीट का वन रक्षक जब गश्त पर था तो इसी दौरान उसने जंगल में कुछ लोगों को लकड़ी काटते हुए देखा। उक्त वन रक्षक जब मौके पर पहुंचा तो अवैध रूप से लकड़ी काट रहे लोगों को रोकने पर यह लोग वन कर्मी से उलझ पड़े तथा उसके साथ मारपीट की। सोमवार देर रात हुई इस घटना की शिकायत मिलने के बाद पुलिस थाना तीसा में वन अधिनियम तथा भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 353 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपियों के खिलाफ शुरू कर दी है। डीएसपी सलूणी शेर सिंह ने मामले की पुष्टि की है।
