जिला में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते एक ओर मौत हो गई है। जानकारी के अनुसार स्वास्थ्य खंड मैहला के क्षेत्र सुनारा की एक युवती की मौत टांडा में उपचार के दौरान हो गई है। उक्त 15 वर्षीय लड़की काफी बीमार थी तथा कैंसर से पीड़ित थी। इसकी हालत को देखते हुए इसे टांडा रैफर किया गया था। जहां इसकी मौत उपचार के दौरान हो गई। वहीं एक अन्य व्यक्ति को भी मौत हुई है। दोनों मरीजों ने टांडा में उपचार के दौरान दम तोड़ा। इसके साथ ही जिले में कोरोना से मरने वालों की संख्या अब 38 हो गई है। सुनारा क्षेत्र की 15 साल की बच्ची मैडीकल कॉलेज चम्बा में 29 नवम्बर को रैपिड एंटीजन टैस्टिंग किट के माध्यम से जांच के दौरान कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाई गई थी। इसके बाद उसे कोविड हॉस्पिटल चम्बा में दाखिल किया गया। यह बच्ची कैंसर, अनीमिया व अन्य गंभीर बीमारियों से भी ग्रसित थी। इसके चलते उसे इलाज के लिए टांडा रैफर कर दिया। यहां बच्ची का उपचार चल रहा था, लेकिन सोमवार रात करीब 2 बच्चे बच्ची ने दम तोड़ दिया। इसके अलावा सलूणी उपमण्डल के तडग़्रां गांव 74 साल का व्यक्ति 23 नवम्बर को रैपिड एंटीजन टैस्टिंग किट से जांच के दौरान कोरोना संक्रमित निकला था। उसे डेडिकेट्डि कोविड हैल्थ सेंटर डल्हौजी में दाखिल किया गया। यह व्यक्ति निमोनिया व अन्य बीमारियों से ग्रसित था। इसके  चलते उसे भी 5 दिसम्बर को टांडा रैफर कर दिया। यहां पर उपचार के दौरान सोमवार को सुबह 7 बजकर 15 मिनट पर उसकी मौत हो गई। सी.एम.ओ. डॉ. राजेश गुलेरी ने पुष्टि की है।

यह लड़की कोरोना संक्रमण की शिकार हुई थी। दो मौत के साथ अब जिला में मौत का आंकड़ा 38 पर पहुंच गया है।
