विधानसभा उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. हंसराज ने कहा कि चुराह घाटी में सड़क नेटवर्क को विस्तार देने के के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाए गए  हैं । उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि चुराह घाटी के अलग-अलग इलाके जब संपर्क सड़कों के नेटवर्क से जुड़ेंगे तो आर्थिक समृद्धि के भी नए द्वार खुलेंगे। वर्तमान मेें चुराह विधानसभा क्षेत्र के तहत एक सौ पचास के  करीब छोटे और बड़े संपर्क सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य प्रगति पर है ।  डॉ. हंसराज आज उपमंडल तीसा की ग्राम पंचायत हरतवास में कैहला-बसुआ और मुख्य सड़क सेरूनाला से सपरोट -बुनिहाली- कुतरोट संपर्क सड़क का शिलान्यास करने के बाद जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए बोल रहे थे ।

इससे पहले उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत जुंगरा में  मुख्य सड़क से शवहा -1  ,पलुग से भटका और मुख्य सड़क धनावल से हिसरूंडी तक एंबुलेंस संपर्क सड़क के निर्माण कार्य को आरंभ करने के लिए भूमि पूजन  किया ।

अपने संबोधन में डॉ. हंसराज ने चुराह घाटी के किसानों – बागबानों और पशुपालकों के उत्थान के लिए किए जा रहे कार्यों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि  स्थानीय जलवायु और उपलब्ध संसाधनों के अनुरूप कृषि,बागवानी और पशुपालन कार्यों  से  आजीविका उपार्जन पर निर्भर किसानों-बागवानों और पशुपालकों  को उन्नत तकनीक का समावेश करके  समूह आधारित आधारित योजनाओं के सफल  क्रियान्वयन से स्वाबलंबी और आर्थिक तौर पर  सशक्त बनाया जाएगा ।

इस कार्य योजना को व्यवहारिक रूप देने के लिए प्रथम चरण में ग्राम पंचायत दुदरा और गनेड़ में कलस्टर आधारित बागवानी  योजनाओं पर लगभग एक करोड़ रुपए  की राशि को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी गई है । बहुत जल्द इन योजनाओं के तहत विधानसभा के अन्य क्षेत्रों को शामिल करने की कार्य योजना को भी तैयार किया जा चुका है  । विधानसभा उपाध्यक्ष ने खंड विकास अधिकारी को पंचायतों के माध्यम से अनुमोदित किए गए शेल्फ के तहत विभिन्न कार्य योजनाओं के   निर्माण कार्य आरंभ करने के निर्देश जारी करने को भी कहा । स्थानीय लोगों की मांग पर  ग्राम पंचायत जुंगरा         और ग्राम पंचायत हरतवास के कैहला गांव में  प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खोलने  व सरंगड़ गांव में माध्यमिक स्कूल को स्तरोउन्नत करने का भी आश्वासन दिया । उन्होंने  मंजनी गांव तक  जल्द सड़क विस्तार का भी भरोसा दिया ।

 मौजूदा कोरोना  वायरस संक्रमण के इस दौर में डॉ हंसराज ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के प्राथमिक स्कूलों में अध्ययनरत बच्चों को संबंधित विषयों के बुनियादी पाठ्यक्रम के अध्ययन के लिए अभिभावकों से बच्चों को प्रेरित करने का भी आह्वान किया ।

 इस अवसर पर जिला महामंत्री वीरेंद्र ठाकुर, मुख्य सलाहकार एम आर ठाकुर ,मंडल महामंत्री यशपाल व मुंयान खान ,युवा मोर्चा उपाध्यक्ष कुलवंत शर्मा, सचिव नरेंद्र ठाकुर ,अनुसूचित जाति  मोर्चा  अध्यक्ष गोविंद  , स्थानीय पंचायत प्रधान देवराज और शरीफ मोहम्मद , अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चा अध्यक्ष हुसैन मोहम्मद, खंड  विकास अधिकारी महेंद्र सिंह,   अधिशाषी अभियंंता विद्युत पवन शर्मा ,सहायक अभियंता जल शक्ति संजय कौशल सहित क्षेत्र के गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहे ।
