 जिला विकास समन्वय एवं निगरानी समिति की वर्चुअल बैठक आज लोक सभा   सांसद   किशन कपूर की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई ।  बैठक के दौरान किशन कपूर ने चंबा जिला में विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से क्रियान्वित की जा रही  योजनाओं  की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा  की केंद्र सरकार के माध्यम से जिले के  सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए  समुचित मात्रा में बजट उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है ।   उन्होंने  कहा कि चूंकि चंबा आकांक्षी जिला की श्रेणी में आता है ऐसे में जिले के विकास को लेकर केंद्र सरकार द्वारा शिक्षा,  स्वास्थ्य ,पेयजल, विद्युत और किसानों-बागवानों के उत्थान के लिए विशेष प्राथमिकताएं तय की गई हैं । उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि विकास व जनहित की योजनाओं से  पात्र परिवारों  को लाभ मिलना सुनिश्चित बनाया जाए।

बैठक में विधायक भटियात विधानसभा विक्रम सिंह जरियाल और विधायक चंबा पवन नैयर भी  वर्चुअल रूप से शामिल रहे ।

बैठक के दौरान लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों के तहत प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए किशन कपूर ने कहा कि जिले के जनजातीय और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में विभाग द्वारा कार्यान्वित की जा रही विभिन्न परियोजनाओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा किया जाना चाहिए । विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता दिवाकर पठानिया ने बैठक में अगवत किया कि प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के प्रथम चरण के तहत 20 नवंबर तक 244 सड़क परियोजनाओं को पूरा किया जा चुका है जबकि 109 सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य प्रगति  पर है । उन्होंने उपमंडल पांगी  के तहत प्रस्तावित दो सड़क परियोजनाओं के कार्यों को जल्द आरंभ करने को भी कहा ।

किशन कपूर ने राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग चक्की- बनीखेत -चंबा भरमौर के उन्नयन कार्यों की समीक्षा के दौरान विभाग के अधिकारियों को  प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश भी जारी किए । बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त डीसी राणा ने बताया कि इस राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग के तहत सुल्तानपुर और बनीखेत में ट्रैफिक के परिचालन में आने वाली बाधाओं  के मद्देनजर फ्लाईओवर और बाईपास  बनाने के लिए कार्य योजना को भी तैयार किया जा रहा है । 

उन्होंने जिले में राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग के नेटवर्क को बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर तीसा और सलूणी उपमंडल के तहत कार्य योजना का प्रस्ताव भी रखा ।

जिले में जल शक्ति विभाग के माध्यम से कार्यान्वित की जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा के दौरान विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता रोहित दुबे ने बताया कि जिले के कुल 122945 चिन्हित घरों में अप्रैल माह तक 40185 घरों को पेयजल सुविधा उपलब्ध करवा दी गई है । चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान 19212 घरों में पेयजल की उपलब्धता को सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाएगा । 

बैठक में जिला स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी जालम भारद्वाज ने राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, कोविड-19 , आयुष्मान भारत और हिमकेयर के अलावा हिम सुरक्षा अभियान के तहत किए जा रहे विभिन्न कार्यों का भी ब्यौरा रखा ।

किशन कपूर ने कृषि विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे विभिन्न कार्यों की समीक्षा के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना के तहत खंड स्तर पर किसानों को उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले मुआवजे की सूची को भी उपलब्ध करवाने के निर्देश जारी किए ।

बैठक के दौरान 22  विभागों के तहत 37 योजनाओं की प्रगति समीक्षा की गई । उपायुक्त डीसी राणा ने जिला प्रशासन की और से विभिन्न योजनाओं के बेहतर कार्यान्वयन का भी आश्वासन दिया ।

इससे पहले उपायुक्त  डीसी राणा ने सांसद कांगड़ा-चंबा  किशन कपूर का स्वागत किया । इस अवसर पर  अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक रमन शर्मा, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी विजय कुमार, उप निदेशक एवं परियोजना अधिकारी ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण ओपी ठाकुर  और केंद्रीय योजनाओं और स्कीमों के कार्यान्वयन से जुड़े विभागों के जिला अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे ।
