उपमंडल के कंटेनमैंट जोन घोषित समोट का बाज़ार आज सातवें दिन खुल पाया। प्रशासन ने सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग समेत सभी नियमों का पालन करने के निर्देश देकर बाजार खोलने के निर्देश दिए हैं। वहीं इस दौरान कानून की अवहेलना की सूरत में लोगों की धरपकड़ के लिए पैट्रोलिंग जारी रखने का भी फैसला लिया है। भटका तथा समोट को जहां कंटेनमैंट ज़ोन से बफर ज़ोन कर दिया गया है तो वहीं अब सिर्फ डूखर ही कंटेनमैंट एरिया रह गया है।
बताते चलें कि लगातार संक्रमण के मामले आने तथा दो संक्रमितों की मौत के बाद प्रशासन ने समोट, डूखर तथा भटका को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किया था। इसके बाद 13 दिसंबर तक समोट बाजार समेत कंटोनमेंट ज़ोन बना बंदिश लागू कर दी गई थी। वही बंद के अंतिम दिन चले व्यापक टेस्टिंग अभियान के चलते इसकी रिपोर्ट कल शाम को पूरी तरह अाई जिसमें 13 लोगों को संक्रमित पाया गया है। इसमें से समोट के 2 दुकानदार भी शामिल है। प्रशासन ने फिलहाल समोट बाजार को हिदायतों के साथ खोलने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। हालांकि कुछ लोग यह भी कह रहे हैं कि अगर बाजार को कुछ और दिन के लिए बंद रखा जाता तो इससे कम्युनिटी स्प्रेडिंग की संभावना कम हो सकती थी । वहीं व्यापारियों की तरफ से तथा आम लोगों को रोजमर्रा की चीजों की आने लगी समस्या के चलते बाजार बंद होने के कारण लोगों को परेशानी का सामना भी करना पड़ रहा था। लिहाजा अब लोगों को राहत देते हुए प्रशासन ने बाजार को खोलने के निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं तो वहीं अब सिर्फ डूखर कंटेनमेंट जोन में रह गया है जबकि भटका तथा समोट को बफर जोन बना दिया गया है। समोट बाजार के कुल 4 दुकानदारों को हिदायतों के साथ आइसोलेट करवाया गया है। उधर इस संदर्भ में जब नायब तहसीलदार सिहुंता भूपेंद्र कुमार कश्यप से बात की गई तो उन्होंने समोट बाजार खोले जाने की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि समोट तथा भटका को कंटेनमेंट जोन से बाहर कर दिया गया है जबकि अब सिर्फ डूखर को संक्रमण के मामलों को देखते हुए कंटेनमेंट जोन रखा गया है। उन्होंने लोगों से सहयोग की अपील करते हुए कहा कि सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग समेत सभी सुरक्षा मापदंडों का पालन करें ताकि कोरोना को हराया जा सके।
