1.114 ग्राम चरस समेत तस्कर गिरफ्तार

कोटी पुल के पास नाकाबंदी के दौरान पुलिस टीम ने एक युवक से 1.114 किलो ग्राम चरस बरामद की है। आरोपी को मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मादक द्रव्य अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर आगामी जांच शुरू कर दी है। जिला चम्बा पुलिस द्वारा नशे के खिलाफ अभियान चलाया गया है। इस अभियान के तहत बुधवार को जिला चम्बा पुलिस की विशेष अन्वेषण इकाई ने कोटी पुल पर नाकाबंदी की हुई थी। दौरान संजीव कुमार (24)पुत्र टेक चन्द निवासी गांव चटोगा लसूई तहसील चुराह जिला चम्बा की तलाशी ली गई। तलाशी लेने पर उसके कब्जे से कुल 1.114 किलो ग्राम चरस बरामद हुई। इसके बाद आरोपी के खिलाफ पुलिस थाना सदर चम्बा में मादक पदार्थ अधिनियम की धारा 20 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।  एस.पी. अरूल कुमार ने मामले की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है व जांच जारी है ।
