15 दिसंबर तक दिए जा सकेंगे दावे और आक्षेप

चंबा, हमीरपुर, 20 नवंबर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त चंबा डीसी राणा ने बताया कि निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार मतदाता सूचियों का संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण 2021  सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर अहर्ता तिथि 1 जनवरी 2021  के आधार पर दावे और आक्षेप  15 दिसंबर 2020 प्राप्त किए जाएंगे ।जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने  समस्त मतदाताओं से अनुरोध किया है कि वे भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार 21 एवं 22 नवंबर और  5 और 6 दिसंबर 2020 को विशेष अभियान की तिथि निश्चित की गई हैं । उन्होंने मतदाताओं से आह्वान किया कि  वे इस दौरान अपने नाम की पुष्टि मतदाता सूची में कर ले । उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि मतदाता सूची में नाम दर्ज नहीं होने की स्थिति में दावा प्रस्तुत किया जा सकेगा । इसके अलावा अपात्र मतदाता का नाम जैसे मृत्यु तथा स्थान परिवर्तन होने की अवस्था में मतदाता सूची से नाम हटाने के लिए आक्षेप किया जा सकेगा ।

मतदाता सूची को त्रुटि रहित बनाने के लिए मतदाता के नाम लिंग व आयु या मुहाल गलत अंकित हैं तो उस अवस्था में भी मतदाता दावा प्रस्तुत कर सकता है ।जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने समस्त बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों व अभिहित अधिकारियों और  पर्यवेक्षकों  को निश्चित की गई तिथियों के दौरान दावे और आक्षेप  प्राप्त करने व मतदाताओं में जागरूकता और जानकारी  प्रदान करने के भी निर्देश जारी किए हैं ।उन्होंने सभी राजनीतिक दलों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे अपने बूथ लेवल एजेंट के माध्यम से मतदाता सूचियों के अवलोकन के लिए उक्त तिथियों में बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों का सहयोग करें । उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि यह मतदाता सूचियां केवल विधानसभा व लोकसभा चुनाव में प्रयोग की जानी हैं इन मतदाता सूचियों का पंचायत चुनाव से कोई संबंध नहीं है ।

हमीरपुर विस क्षेत्र की मतदाता सूचियों के लिए दावे या आक्षेप 15 दिसंबर तक

विधानसभा क्षेत्र हमीरपुर की फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों का प्रारूप आम जनता के निरीक्षण के लिए सभी मतदान केंद्रों और एसडीएम कार्यालय हमीरपुर में उपलब्ध करवा दिया गया है।
  हमीरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी एवं एसडीएम डॉ. चिरंजी लाल चौहान ने बताया कि 15 दिसंबर तक कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति मतदाता सूचियों के इन प्रारूपों का निरीक्षण करके इनमें अपने नाम शामिल होने के बारे में पुष्टि कर सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि एक जनवरी 2021 को अर्हक तिथि मानते हुए इन फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों का विशेष संक्षिप्त गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसलिए एक जनवरी 2021 तक 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरे करने वाले युवा भी इन मतदाता सूचियों में अपने नाम दर्ज करवा सकते हैं।
  एसडीएम ने बताया कि पात्र व्यक्तियों के नाम मतदाता सूचियों में शामिल करने के दावे और अपात्र व्यक्तियों के नाम हटाने के संबंध में आक्षेप 15 दिसंबर तक निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर दाखिल किए जा सकते हैं। ये दावे या आक्षेप अथवा अन्य आवश्यक संशोधन संबंधित बूथ लेवल अधिकारी या एसडीएम कार्यालय हमीरपुर में दाखिल किए जा सकते हैं। डाक द्वारा या ऑनलाइन एवं वोटर हैल्पलाइन पर भी निर्धारित प्रपत्र के माध्यम से दावे, आक्षेप या संशोधन दाखिल करवाए जा सकते हैं।
