विकास खंड चुवाड़ी की 69 पंचायतें 2 करोड़ रुपए जमा करवाने के बावजूद अंधेरे में हैं। इसे सरकारी कामों की सुस्त रफ्तार कहें या कुछ और, लेकिन इस सारे प्रकरण में परेशान तो इन पंचायतों के हजारों लोगों को होना पड़ रहा है। बताते चलें पंचायतों में सोलर लाईट लगाने को लेकर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की 69 में से कई पंचायतों ने हिम ऊर्जा निगम के पास 2 करोड़ रुपए जमा करवाए थे। वहीं 6 माह से भी ज्यादा अरसा गुजर जाने के बाद भी सोलर लाईटों का कोई अता पता है ओर न ही पंचायतों को इस बारे जानकारी। लोग पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों को अब कौस रहे हैं। बताते चलें कि क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक परिस्थिति कुछ यूं है ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बिना रोशनी गुजरना खतरे का सबब बन जाता है। उधर पंचायतों का दर्द यह कि अपनी मांग के हिसाब से लाईटों की एवज में 2 करोड़ जमा करवाने के बावजूद उनकी पंचायतों के लोगों को अंधेरे में चलना फिरना पड़ रहा है।


उधर इस संदर्भ में जब खंड विकास अधिकारी बशीर खान से बात की गई तो उन्होंने माना कि भटियात क्षेत्र की पंचायतों की ओर से हिम ऊर्जा के खाते में 2 करोड़ रुपए जमा करवाए गए थे। खान ने बताया कि इस संदर्भ में वह हिम ऊर्जा निगम से पत्राचार कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि हिम ऊर्जा की ओर से मंजूरी मिलते ही पंचायतों को उनकी मांग के मुताबिक सोलर लाइटें वितरित कर दी जाएंगी।
