मौजूदा समय में आधार कार्ड एक बहुत ही जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट हो गया है। चाहे कोई सरकारी काम हो या प्राइवेट काम, हर जगह पहचान और अड्रेस के लिए आधार कार्ड दिखाना जैसे जरूरी हो गया है। आजकल बैंक का काम हो या फिर किसी सरकारी योजना का लाभ लेना हो, आधार लगाना जरूरी है, नहीं तो आपको मुश्किलें हो सकती हैं। हमें आधार में सभी जानकारियां सही देनी होती हैं, लेकिन कई बार ऐसा होता है कि गलती से नाम गलत छप जाता है या फिर महिलाओं का सरनेम शादी के बदल जाता है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में हमें आधार अपडेट करवा लेना चाहिए।

कुछ समय पहले तक आधार से जुड़े हर काम के लिए हमें साइबर कैफे या फिर अपने शहर के आधार सेंटर में जाना पड़ता था, लेकिन अब हम घर बैठे ही अपने आधार को अपडेट कर सकते हैं, वो भी बिल्कुल आसानी से। आपको बता दें कि UIDAI ने कुछ समय पहले आधार कार्ड में सेल्फ अपडेट सर्विस को बंद कर दिया था, लेकिन अब इसे फिर से शुरू किया जा चुका है।

कई तरह के बदलाव संभव
अब तो लोग घर बैठे आधार कार्ड में सिर्फ नाम ही नहीं, बल्कि डेट ऑफ बर्थ (DOB), घर का पता (Address), मोबाइल नंबर भी बदल सकते हैं। अब आपको आधार में अपना नाम चेंज कराने के लिए कहीं और जाना नहीं पड़ेगा। इसके लिए बस आपके पास आधार कार्ड में रजिस्टर्ड नंबर होना चाहिए और मोबाइल में इंटरनेट। आइए, आपको आसान तरीका बताते हैं कि आप घर से कुछ ही मिनट में कैसे आधार कार्ड में नाम और अड्रेस अपडेट कर सकते हैं।

घर बैठे आधार कार्ड में ऑनलाइन ऐसे बदलें अपना नाम

  • सबसे पहले Aadhaar Card की ऑफिशल वेबसाइट uidai.gov.in पर जाएं।
  • होमपेज पर आपको सबसे पहले MY Aadhaar ऑप्शन दिखेगा। इसपर क्लिक करें।
  • अब आपको Update Your Aadhaar सेक्शन में जाना होगा, जहां आपको एक कॉलम दिखेगा Update your Demographics Data Online का। इसे क्लिक करें।
  • इसपर क्लिक करते ही आप UIDAI की सेल्फ सर्विस अपडेट पोर्टल की ऑफिशल वेबसाइट ssup.uidai.gov.in पर पहुंच जाएंगे।
  • यहां आपको अपने 12 डिजिट आधार नंबर से लॉग-इन करना होगा।
  • इसके बाद स्क्रीन पर दिए गए कैप्चे को फिल करें और Send OTP पर क्लिक करें, जिसके बाद आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी पहुंच जाएगा।

काफी आसान प्रक्रिया है, कोई भी कर सकता है

  • OTP डालने के बाद अगले स्टेप्स में आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुलेगा, जिसमें आपको अपनी पर्सनल डीटेल्स, जैसे अपना अड्रेस, डेट ऑफ बर्थ, नाम और जेंडर समेत दूसरी कई और जानकारी डालनी होगी।
  • अब आपको उस सेक्शन को चुनना होगा, जिसमें आप बदलाव करना चाहते हैं। मतलब कि अब आपके सामने नाम, डेट ऑफ बर्थ, अड्रेस चेंज करने के ऑप्शन होंगे। आपको अगर नाम बदलना है तो आप अपडेट नेम पर क्लिक करें।
  • यहां यह ध्यान रखना होगा कि नाम को अपडेट करने के लिए आपके पास एक आईडी प्रूफ होना चाहिए। आईडी प्रूफ के तौर पर आप पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वोटर आईडी कार्ड, राशन कार्ड अपलोड कर सकते हैं।
  • सभी डीटेल देने के बाद आपके नंबर पर एक वेरिफिकेशन ओटीपी आएगा और उसे आपको वेरीफाई करना होगा। इसके बाद सेव चेंज कर दीजिए।

आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि आप आधार में किसी भी तरह का बदलाव घर बैठे ऑनलाइन खुद ही कर सकते हैं या फिर अगर आप चाहें तो आधार सेंटर पर भी जाकर अपने आधार को अपडेट करा सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको अपने ओरिजिनल डॉक्यूमेंट्स साथ ले जाना होगा और साथ ही अपना रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर भी। अगर आप घर में खुद से अपना आधार अपडेट करते हैं तो इसका आपको कोई भी चार्ज नहीं देना होगा, लेकिन यदि आप आधार सेंटर या फिर साइबर कैफे जाकर अपडेटट कराते हैं तो इसके लिए आपको 25 रुपये या फिर इससे ज्यादा भी देना पड़ सकता है।
अगर आप नाम के अलावा दूसरी डीटेल्स में बदलाव करना चाहते हैं तो इसके लिए भी आपको उससे संबंधित प्रूफ को साथ ले जाना पड़ेगा। अगर आप जन्मतिथि में बदलाव करने की सोच रहे हैं तो साथ बर्थ सर्टीफिकेट जरूर ले जाएं।
