नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो ने बुधवार को सबसे अहम ड्रग सप्लायर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जांच एजेंसी का दावा है कि सुशांत सिंह राजपूत केस से जुड़ा सबसे बड़ा लिंक उनके हत्थे चढ़ चुका है। एनसीबी ने बुधवार को डीजे रीगल महाकाल उर्फ जीतेंद्र जैन और उसके सरगना मोहम्मद आजम जुम्मन शेख को गिरफ्तार किया है। एजेंसी ने उनके पास से 5 किलो मलाना क्रीम जब्त की है, जिसकी कीम 2.5 करोड़ बताई जा रही है। इसके अलावा कुछ उत्तेजक दवाएं, अफीम औऱ 13.5 लाख रुपये भी मिले हैं।

मलाना क्रीम एक तरह का गांजा होता है जिसे सबसे महंगा बताया जाता है। 1 किलो मलाना क्रीम 50 लाख रुपये में बेचा जाता है। इसकी सबसे ज्यादा मांग है औऱ इसे हिमाचल प्रदेश के मलाना क्षेत्र में उगाया जाता है। इंटरनैशनल मार्केट में इसकी कीमत 40-50 लाख रुपये प्रति किलो है।

एनसीबी अफसरों ने बताया है कि रीगल और मोहम्मद आजम दोनों को एन डी पी एस एक्ट के सेक्शंस के तहत गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसमें कम से कम 10 साल की सजा का प्रावधान है। रीगल को 11 दिसंबर तक एनसीबी की कस्टडी में भेजा गया है वहीं शेख को आज कोर्ट मे पेश किया जाएगा।
रीगल और आजम इस केस में गिरफ्तार होने वाले 27वें और 28वें आरोपी हैं। इससे पहले रिया चक्रवर्ती, उनके भाई शौविक, अब्दुल बासित, जैद विलात्रा, दीपेश सावंत और सैमुएल मिरांडा की गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है।

एक अफसर ने बताया कि जैन का नाम एक अहम आरोपी अनुज केशवानी से पूछताछ के बाद सामने आया था। उसने बताया था कि आजम हिमाचल से ड्रग्स मंगवाकर जैन को देता था। जैन केशवानी को जो कि आगे इसे पेडलर कैजान इब्राहिम को ड्रग्स देता था और यहां से ड्रग्स सुशांत सिंह राजपूत के कुक तक पहुंचती थी।
