हमीरपुर 23 नवम्बर। हिमाचल टॉप न्यूज़

उपायुक्त एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी देवाश्वेता बनिक ने एक जनवरी 2021 को 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने वाले सभी युवाओं से अपने नाम मतदाता सूचियों में दर्ज करने की अपील की है।
   उन्होंने बताया कि हमीरपुर जिला के पांचों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों भोरंज, सुजानपुर, हमीरपुर, बड़सर और नादौन की फोटोयुक्त मतदाता सूचियों के विशेष संक्षिप्त गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्य के तहत 15 दिसंबर तक नए मतदाताओं के नाम इन सूचियों में दर्ज किए जाएंगे और किन्हीं कारणों से स्थान छोड़ चुके या मृत लोगों के नाम हटाए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा मतदाता सूचियों की अशुद्धियां भी दुरुस्त की जाएंगी।
  जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि पांचों विस क्षेत्रों की मतदाता सूचियों का प्रारूप में प्रकाशन आम जनता के निरीक्षण के लिए सभी मतदान केंद्रों, संबंधित एसडीएम, तहसीलदार और नायब तहसीलदार कार्यालय में उपलब्ध करवा दिया गया है। 15 दिसंबर तक कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति मतदाता सूचियों के इन प्रारूपों का निरीक्षण करके इनमें अपने नाम शामिल होने के बारे में पुष्टि कर सकता है।
  जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि पात्र व्यक्तियों के नाम मतदाता सूचियों में शामिल करने के दावे और अपात्र व्यक्तियों के नाम हटाने के संबंध में आक्षेप 15 दिसंबर तक निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर दाखिल किए जा सकते हैं। ये दावे या आक्षेप अथवा अन्य आवश्यक संशोधन संबंधित बूथ लेवल अधिकारी, एसडीएम, तहसीलदार या नायब तहसीलदार कार्यालय में दाखिल किए जा सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन दावे या आक्षेप दाखिल करने के लिए वैबसाइट एनवीएसपी डॉटइन पर किया जा सकता है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए टॉल फ्री नंबर 1950 पर सुबह 10 से सायं 5 बजे तक संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
  जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि सभी पात्र लोगों के नाम मतदाता सूचियों में शामिल करने के लिए 5 और 6 दिसंबर को विशेष मुहिम चलाई जाएगी तथा राजनीतिक दलों के बूथ लेवल एजेंटों के माध्यम से भी दावे या आक्षेप प्राप्त किए जाएंगे। 24 और 29 नवंबर को जिला में मोबाइल वैन और प्रत्येक विस क्षेत्र के एक-एक महत्वपूर्ण स्थल पर स्टॉल लगाकर भी लोगों के नाम मतदाता सूचियों मेंं शामिल किए जाएंगे।

15 दिसंबर तक करवाएं गेहूं की फसल का बीमा : डीसी

उपायुक्त देवाश्वेता बनिक ने जिला के किसानों से प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना का लाभ उठाने तथा 15 दिसंबर तक अपनी गेहूं की फसल का बीमा करवाने की अपील की है। इस योजना के प्रति आम किसानों को जागरुक करने के लिए उपायुक्त ने सोमवार को कृषि विभाग के प्रचार वाहन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।
  उन्होंने बताया कि बाढ़, सूखे, ओलावृष्टि, जलभराव और अन्य प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से फसलों को होने वाले नुक्सान की भरपाई के लिए प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना आरंभ की गई है। योजना के तहत इस सीजन में भी जिला के सभी इलाकों के किसानों की गेहूं की फसल का बीमा किया जाएगा। जिला के किसान 15 दिसंबर तक अपनी गेहूं की फसल का बीमा करवा सकते हैं।
  देवाश्वेता बनिक ने बताया कि जिला हमीरपुर में रबी सीजन 2020-21 के बीमे के लिए एग्रीकल्चर इंश्योरेंस कंपनी आफ इंडिया लिमिटेड अधिसूचित की गई है। किसान 450 रुपये प्रति हैक्टेयर यानि 18 रुपये प्रति कनाल प्रीमियम देकर गेहूं की फसल का बीमा करवा सकते हैं। प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से नुक्सान पर किसानों को 30000 रुपये प्रति हैक्टेयर बीमित राशि मिलेगी। फसल बीमा से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी कृषि विभाग के वैबसाइट एचपीएग्रीकल्चर डॉट कॉम पर उपलब्ध है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए किसान बीमा कम्पनी ए.आई.सी. के टॉल फ्री नंबर 1800-116-515 पर या क्षेत्र पर्यवेक्षक अजय कुमार के मोबाइल नंबर 82197-65301 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
  उपायुक्त ने बताया कि गेहूं की फसल उगाने वाले बटाईदारों और काश्तकारों सहित सभी किसान बीमा करवा सकते हैं। ऋणी किसानों को संबंधित वित्तीय संस्थाओं द्वारा स्वत: ही बीमित कर दिया जाएगा। अगर कोई ऋणी किसान इस योजना का लाभ नहीं उठाना चाहता है तो वह इस बारे में अपना घोषणा पत्र संबंधित बैंक में जमा करवा सकता है।
अऋणी पात्र किसान अपना फोटो पहचान पत्र आधार कार्ड और अपनी भूमि के कागजात सहित बीमा कम्पनी या नजदीकी लोक मित्र केंद्रों, बैंकों या ऑनलाइन माध्यम से अपनी फसलों का बीमा करवा सकते है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए किसान कृषि विभाग के अधिकारियों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
