मनरेगा में खर्च हो चुके 28.73 करोड़

इस वित्त वर्ष के दौरान अभी तक जिला हमीरपुर में मनरेगा के तहत 28 करोड़ 73 लाख रुपये खर्च किए जा चुके हैं। इस अवधि में 12 लाख से अधिक कार्य दिवस सृजित किए गए हैं जोकि निर्धारित लक्ष्य से अधिक है। वीरवार को जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण के सम्मेलन कक्ष में ग्रामीण विकास विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए उपायुक्त देवाश्वेता ने यह जानकारी दी।


  उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना संकट और लॉकडाउन के बाद मनरेगा में अधिक से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार उपलब्ध करवाने तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विकास को गति प्रदान करने के लिए जिला की सभी 229 ग्राम पंचायतों के सभी 1341 वार्डों में मस्टर रोल जारी किए गए हैं। मनरेगा कार्यों की पेमेंट भी तुरंत ही की जा रही है। जिला में इस समय पेमेंट दर लगभग 98.45 प्रतिशत है। उपायुक्त ने सभी बीडीओ को निर्देश दिए कि वे मनरेगा के अंतर्गत बड़ी परियोजनाओं की संभावनाएं तलाश करें तथा विभिन्न विभागों के विकास कार्यों को मनरेगा कनवर्जेंस से करवाने पर भी जोर दें।


  उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला में टैंकों के निर्माण के लिए 2 करोड़ 33 लाख रुपये की धनराशि आवंटित की गई है। इसे जल्द खर्च करने के लिए पंचायतों को टैंक निर्माण हेतु प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए। पंचवटी योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने बताया कि इस योजना के माध्यम से जिला में कुल 13 पार्कों का निर्माण प्रस्तावित है। उन्होंने खंड विकास अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे अपने-अपने खंडों में कम से कम एक बड़ा पार्क विकसित करने की योजना बनाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला के पांच स्थानों लंबलू, कराह, भोरंज, पनोह और झलान में बनने वाले मुख्यमंत्री लोक भवनों के लिए भूमि हस्तांतरित हो चुकी है। इनके कार्य भी तुरंत शुरू हो जाने चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना के तहत 50 गांवों के लिए मंजूर 633 विकास कार्यों में से 506 पूरे हो चुके हैं। शेष कार्य भी जल्द पूरे कर लें।
  देवाश्वेता बनिक ने कहा कि ठोस एवं तरल कचरा प्रबंधन परियोजना के तहत जारी 21 करोड़ में से लगभग 17 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जा चुके हैं तथा जिला की 186 ग्राम पंचायतों को इसके अंतर्गत लाया जा चुका है। शेष पंचायतों को भी इस परियोजना के दायरे में लाया जाएगा। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना में जिला में 71 नए मकानों के निर्माण के लिए धनराशि मंजूर हुई है। इनके कार्य मार्च तक पूरे हो जाने चाहिए। उपायुक्त ने सभी पंचायतों में ईज ऑफ लिविंग सर्वे से संंबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री एक बीघा योजना, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन, वाटरशैड प्रोजेक्ट और ग्रामीण विकास विभाग की अन्य योजनाओं के अलावा पंचायतीराज विभाग और योजना विभाग के विकास कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की।
  इस अवसर पर डीआरडीए के परियोजना अधिकारी केडीएस कंवर ने विभिन्न योजनाओं का विस्तृत ब्यौरा प्रस्तुत किया। बैठक में एडीएम जितेंद्र सांजटा, सभी बीडीओ और अन्य अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।
