कोविड-19 ने लोगों को जता दिया है कि वेक्सिन के न आने तक इसके खिलाफ सतर्कता व एहतियात जरूरी है। इसी लिए होटल ढाबा व इटिंग प्वाइंट के संचालकों को उनके स्टाफ को कोविड-19 के तहत प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा ताकि वह खुद भी सुरक्षित रहें व उनके पास आने वाले लोग भी सुरक्षित रहें।
जिला कांगड़ा में होटल गेस्ट हाउस, होम स्टे, रिसॉटर्स, रेस्तरां और अन्य सभी टिंग प्वाइंट, ढाबों के सभी प्रोपराइटर यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि उनके स्थान पर काम करने वाले सभी कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षण मिल जाए। जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी इस प्रशिक्षण के नोडल अधिकारी होंगे। सभी को सात दिनों के भीतर कोविड-19 के तहत कार्य करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। यह आदेश अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट रोहित राठौर ने आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम के आदेश निर्धारक धारा 34 के तहत प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिए हैं। आदेशों के मुताबिक
सांस्कृतिक, धर्म, धार्मिक, राजनीतिक और अन्य कारणों व गतिविधियों से लोगों की भीड़ एक स्थान पर ज्यादा बढ़ी, जिस कारण कोविड-19 के मामले बढ़े हैं। इस महामारी से लोगों को बचाने के लिए होटल, गेस्ट हारुस व अन्य इटिंग प्वाइंट के संचालकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था होगी। कोविड-19 के तहत सात दिन का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। नोडल अधिकारी संबंधित इकाइयों के समुचित परीक्षण को भी सुनिश्चित करेगा।
