गांधी मैदान में आयोजित जनसभा में मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने कहा कि उन्होंने आज नगरोटा बगवां विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक साथ 231 करोड़ के 39 विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के उद्घाटन एवं शिलान्यास किए हैं जोकि बहुत बड़ी बात है। इसके लिए उन्होंने नगरोटा बगवां के विधायक अरुण कुमार कूका की तारीफ की। उन्होंने चुटकी लेते हुए कहा कि उनके अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में भी एक साथ इतने शिलान्यास व उद्घाटन नहीं हुए हैं। इस मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थानीय विधायक अरुण कुमार कूका की मांग पर राजीव गांधी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में आर्किटैक्ट कॉलेज के लिए साढ़े 5 करोड़ रुपए, डिग्री कॉलेज बड़ोह के भवन निर्माण हेतु 2 करोड़ की किस्त जारी की।

फल विधायन केंद्र भवन नए सिरे से

उन्होंने तहसील में खंड विकास कार्यालय खोलने के लिए डीसी को रिपोर्ट तैयार करने तथा फल विधायन केंद्र के जर्जर भवन को डिस्मैंटल करके नए सिरे से बनाने तथा नगरोटा बगवां के नारदा शारदा स्थित सामुदायिक भवन का पुन: निर्माण करवाने की घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने तहसील बड़ोह में सयुंक्त कार्यालय के लिए भी योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश डीसी कांगड़ा को दिए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने राजकीय उच्च पाठशाला जलोट का दर्जा बढ़ाकर जमा दो करने, गांव ठारू में पटवार सर्कल बनाने एवं गांव सिहुंड की पशु डिस्पैंसरी का दर्जा बढ़ा कर पशु औषधालय करने की भी घोषणा की। कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने नगरोटा बगवां के महिला मंडलों को विधयक निधि से 10-10 हजार रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि के चैक भी भेंट किए।

कांगड़ा की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कांगड़ा प्रदेश का सब से बढ़ा जिला है तथा प्रदेश सरकार के गठन में कांगड़ा जिला की भूमिका हमेशा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रहती है। उन्होंने उम्मीद जाहिर की 2022 के चुनावों में भी यहां से अधिकतर प्रत्याशी भाजपा के जीत कर आएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने हर व्यक्ति को लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया है । उन्होंने कहा कि जन मंच के माध्यम से लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान किया तथा जो लोग जनमंच में नही जा सकते उनके लिए मुख्यमंत्री हैल्प लाइन आरम्भ की जिसके लिए 1100 पर अपनी समस्या का समाधान करवा सकते हैं।

इस अवसर पर नगरोटा बगवां के विधायक अरुण कुमार कूका ने 3 वर्षों की गतिविधियों का व्याख्यान मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष किया। उन्होंने इस कार्यक्रम में पधारने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार के मंत्रियों, विधायकों व सांसदों का आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री से उन्होंने जो भी मांगा वह तो मिला ही परन्तु सरकार के मंत्रियों ने भी उन्हें किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने दी है। इस मौके पर उन्होंने ने मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर को पगड़ी व हिमानी चामुंडा मंदिर का मॉडल भेंट किया। इस मौके पर सभी मंत्री, सांसदों, विधायकों एव अधिकारियों को पगड़ी पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष विनय चौधरी ने मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर को पीतल का गुर्ज भेंट किया। इस अवसर पर योल के गोल्डी मल्ली ने गौसदन के निर्माण हेतु 10 लाख रुपए का चैक भेंट किया।
