लखपति है हनीट्रैप गैंग की मास्टरमाइंड महिला

7 सदस्यों की गैंग की सरगना है 37 वर्षीय महिला

जिला पुलिस की व्यापक मुहिम रंग लाने लगी है। युवा एसपी गौरव सिंह की अगुवाई में कुल्लू पुलिस ने हनीट्रैप मामले को सुलझा सभी आरोपियों को मास्टरमाइंड महिला समेत जेल में पहुंचा दिया है।
हनीट्रैप गैंग की मुख्य आरोपी महिला एक केस में हाईकोर्ट से बेल लेकर खुली घूम रही थी लेकिन दूसरे केस में पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। दूसरे केस में बेल के खेल में उसे हाईकोर्ट का रुख करने का मौका नहीं मिल पाया, ऐसे में पुलिस ने उसे पकड़ कर सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचा दिया। यह महिला हनीट्रैप गैंग की मुख्य आरोपी है। इस गैंग के खिलाफ थाना भुंतर में एक और केस दर्ज हुआ है, जिसकी मुख्य आरोपी 37 वर्षीय महिला को इस केस में गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। यह पिछले मुकद्दमे में शामिल 7 आरोपियों की गैंग की मुख्य सदस्य है। यह पिछले केस में उच्च न्यायालय से अग्रिम जमानत पर थी परंतु उसके खिलाफ दर्ज नए केस में उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
केस के अन्य आरोपी तथा हनीट्रैप गैंग के सदस्य पहले ही 14 दिसम्बर तक न्यायिक हिरासत में सब जेल कुल्लू में बंद हैं। आरोपियों ने पूछताछ के दौरान कबूल किया कि लोगों को अपनी बातों में फंसा कर उनसे पैसे लेना व फिरौती मांगना ही उसका मुख्य पेशा है। इस कृत्य में गैंग के सभी सदस्य उसका साथ देते हैं जो झांसे में फंसे व्यक्ति पर दबाव बनाकर पैसों की मांग करते हैं। पैसे न देने की सूरत में उन पर झूठा रेप केस बनाने की धमकी देते हैं। कुल्लू के एसपी गौरव सिंह ने मुख्य आरोपी महिला की गिरफ्तारी की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपी महिला से कड़ी पूछताछ शुरू कर दी गई है।
केस की तफ्तीश के दौरान पाया गया कि आरोपियों की 2 गाड़ियाें में से एक गाड़ी महिला आरोपी के नाम पर है। इन गाडिय़ों को पुलिस ने अपने कब्जे में ले लिया है। ये गाडिय़ां इन्होंने उन लोगों से लूटे गए पैसों से खरीदी थीं, जो इस गैंग का शिकार हुए हैं। इस गैंग के शिकार हुए लोग व पीड़ित भी गवाह बनकर सामने आ रहे हैं। आरोपियों ने इस अपराध से काफी प्रॉपर्टी भी बनाई है। इनकी कमाई का कोई साधन नहीं है, फिर भी इनके पास लाखों रुपए की गाडिय़ां व प्रॉपर्टी है। यह गिरोह पिछले करीब 15 वर्षों से सक्रिय है। इन आरोपियों ने नए मामले में शिकायतकर्ता से 1.23 लाख रुपए की एक्सटॉर्शन मनी की मांग की है। यह मामला भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 364ए, 388, 342, 506 व 120बी के तहत दर्ज किया गया है।
