कुल्लू पुलिस ने हनीट्रैप करने में सक्रिय एक गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया है। पुलिस ने इस मामले का पर्दाफाश करते हुए महिला सहित 7 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार इस गिरोह में शामिल लोगों पर भुंतर थाना में मामले भी दर्ज हैं। गिरोह की महिला सदस्य लोगों को जमीन बेचने या अन्य डील्स के चक्कर में अपने कमरे में बुलाती थी। बाद में गिरोह के अन्य सदस्य उसका पति, भाई व अन्य रिश्तेदार बनकर आते थे और व्यक्ति को दबोच कर उससे मुंहमांगी रकम वसूलते थे। यह महिला कमरे में बुलाए व्यक्ति के साथ संबंध भी बनाती थी और बाद में सब लोग उसे कानून का डर दिखाकर लूटते थे। ये गिरोह भुंतर, कुल्लू व आसपास के क्षेत्रों में सक्रिय था। गिरोह में एक 26 वर्षीय महिला समेत 7 लोग शामिल थे। एक आरोपी ने उच्च न्यायालय में अग्रिम जमानत के लिए अर्जी दायर की हुई है। उधर, कुल्लू के एसपी गौरव सिंह ने गिरोह के पर्दाफाश की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। कइयों को यह महिला फेसबुक पर फंसाकर बुलाती थी और फिर गिरोह व्यक्ति को मिलकर लूटता था। एक आरोपी ने उच्च न्यायालय में अग्रिम जमानत को अर्जी दायर कर रखी है। आरोपियों से पूछताछ चल रही है।
