सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तीनों कृषि कानूनों के अमलीकरण पर रोक लगा दी है। अब अदालत द्वारा बनाई गई कमेटी पूरे विवाद को समझेगी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट को रिपोर्ट सौंपेगी। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लाए गए तीनों कृषि कानूनों के अमल पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है। चीफ जस्टिस की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए कानूनों पर रोक लगाई, साथ ही एक कमेटी का गठन कर दिया है। जो कि सरकार और किसानों के बीच कानूनों पर जारी विवाद को समझेगी और सर्वोच्च अदालत को रिपोर्ट सौंपेगी।
केंद्र सरकार ने जिन तीन कृषि कानूनों को पास किया, उसका लंबे वक्त से विरोध हो रहा था। दिल्ली की सीमाओं पर हजारों की संख्या में किसान आंदोलन कर रहे हैं, इसी के बाद मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पास जा पहुंचा।
मंगलवार की सुनवाई में किसानों की ओर से पहले कमेटी का विरोध किया गया और कमेटी के सामने ना पेश होने को कहा।
ऐसे में अब कोई भी मुद्दा होगा, तो कमेटी के सामने उठाया जाएगा. साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये भी साफ किया कि कमेटी कोई मध्यस्थ्ता कराने का काम नहीं करेगी, बल्कि निर्णायक भूमिका निभाएगी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा जिस कमेटी का गठन किया गया है, उसमें कुल चार लोग शामिल होंगे, जिनमें भारतीय किसान यूनियन के भूपेंद्र सिंह मान, डॉ. प्रमोद कुमार जोशी, अशोक गुलाटी (कृषि विशेषज्ञ) और अनिल घनवंत शामिल हैं. ये कमेटी अपनी रिपोर्ट सीधे सुप्रीम कोर्ट को ही सौंपेगी, जबतक कमेटी की रिपोर्ट नहीं आती है तबतक कृषि कानूनों के अमल पर रोक जारी रहेगी।
गौरतलब है कि बीते दिन की सुनवाई में केंद्र सरकार की ओर से अदालत में कृषि कानूनों के अमलीकरण पर रोक लगाने पर आपत्ति जताई गई थी. साथ ही केंद्र ने कहा था कि ऐसा करना ठीक नहीं होगा, अभी सरकार-किसानों में बातचीत हो रही है। हालांकि, अदालत ने साफ किया था कि लंबे वक्त से कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला है, सरकार का रुख सही नहीं है।
दिल्ली की सीमा पर किसानों का हुजूम पिछले 50 दिनों से लगा हुआ है. अलग-अलग बॉर्डर पर हजारों की संख्या में किसान जिनमें बुजुर्ग, महिलाएं और बच्चे भी शामिल हैं, डटे हुए हैं. अबतक कई किसानों की मौत भी हो चुकी है, जिनमें से कुछ ठंड से जान गंवा बैठे हैं तो कुछ ने आत्महत्या कर ली।
कृषि कानून की मुश्किलों को दूर करने के लिए सरकार और किसान संगठन कई राउंड की बैठक भी कर चुके थे, लेकिन सहमति नहीं बन सकी. किसान तीनों कानूनों की वापसी की मांग पर ही अड़े थे, लेकिन सरकार कुछ विषयों पर संशोधन के लिए राजी थी।
