डीडीसी चुनाव में दो प्रत्याशी पाकिस्तानी !

जम्मू कश्मीर में पहली बार हुए जिला विकास परिषद चुनाव के नतीजे मंगलवार देर रात को आ गए। इस बीच प्रदेश निर्वाचन आयुक्त केके शर्मा ने बुधवार को कहा कि प्रदेश में डीडीसी चुनावों में दो उम्मीदवारों की नागरिकता पर संदेह का समाधान करने के लिये दो सीटों पर मतगणना स्थगित कर दी गई है।
आपको बता दें कि ये दोनों उम्मीदवार बांदीपोरा और कुपवाड़ा जिलों से चुनाव मैदान में थे। शर्मा ने कहा कि जिला विकास परिषद (डीडीसी) की शेष 278 सीटों के लिए मतगणना मंगलवार को शुरू हुई थी और बुधवार की सुबह तक शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से इसका समापन हो गया। शर्मा ने बताया कि मतों की गिनती का काम कुपवाड़ा जिले के द्रगमुल्ला निर्वाचन क्षेत्र और बांदीपोरा जिले के हाजिन ए निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में रोक दिया गया।
उन्होंने बताया कि दोनों सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ रहे एक एक उम्मीदवार की पात्रता पर सवाल उठने के दृष्टिगत ऐसा किया गया है। दोनों उम्मीदवार पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर से हैं और उन्होंने पूर्व आतंकवादियों से विवाह किया है। निर्वाचन आयुक्त ने कहा कि सभी पहलुओं पर विचार किए जाने के बाद अंतिम निर्णय किया जाएगा। आपको बता दें कि इन दोनों सीटों पर एक-एक महिला उम्मीदवार के पाकिस्तानी नागरिक होने का संदेह जाहिर होने पर ऐसा किया गया है।
