प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज गुजरात के एक दिन के दौरे पर पहुंचे। यहां कच्छ में उन्होंने समुद्री पानी को पीने के पानी में बदलने वाले (डिसैलिनेशन) प्लांट, देश की सबसे बड़ी सौर परियोजना और एक ऑटोमैटिक मिल्क प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट का भी शिलान्यास किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने यहां से एक बार फिर आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों को समझाइश दी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों के कंधे से बंदूक चलाने वालों की हार होगी।

किसानों के हित के लिए 24 घंटे तैयार


कृषि सुधारों की मांग सालों से की जा रही थी। अनेक किसान संगठन हमेशा से यही मांग कर रहे थे कि अनाज को देश में कहीं पर भी बेचने का विकल्प दिया जाए। विपक्ष में बैठे लोग अपनी सरकार रहते ये कदम नहीं उठा पाए। हमारी सरकार ने ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाया तो विपक्ष के लोग किसानों को भ्रमित करने में जुट गए। हम किसानों की हर समस्या के समाधान के लिए 24 घंटे तैयार हैं। खेती पर खर्च कम हो, किसानों की आय बढ़े, मुश्किलें कम हों, इसके लिए लगातार काम किया। मुझे देश के हर कोने के किसानों ने आशीर्वाद मिला है। मुझे विश्वास है कि किसानों के आशीर्वाद की ताकत भ्रम फैलाने वालों, राजनीति करने पर आमादा लोगों और किसानों के कंधे से बंदूक चलाने वालों को परास्त कर देगी।

कच्छ में लोग आए तो सुरक्षा भी बढ़ी


कच्छ तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। इस सीमावर्ती इलाके में तेजी से लोग आ रहे है। अब यहां से पलायन रुका है। गांवों में लोग वापस आ रहे हैं। इसका बड़ा प्रभाव राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा पर पड़ा है। जो कच्छ कभी वीरान रहता था, वो अब पर्यटन का केंद्र बन रहा है। कच्छ का सफेद रण, यहां का रणोत्सव दुनिया को आकर्षित करता है। औसतन 4-5 लाख लोग रणोत्सव में आते हैं।

15 दिसंबर का संयोग


भूकंप के बाद जब चुनाव हुए। नतीजे आए तो तारीख 15 दिसंबर थी। लोगों ने जमकर हमारी पार्टी पर प्यार बरसाया। इस तारीख के साथ एक और संयोग जुड़ा है। हमारे पूर्वज गजब की सोच रखते थे। आज से 118 साल पहले (1902) आज ही के दिन अहमदाबाद में एक इंडस्ट्रियल एग्जीबिशन का उद्घाटन हुआ। उसका विषय था- भानू ताप यंत्र यानी सूर्य की गर्मी से चलने वाला यंत्र। आज फिर सूर्य से ऊर्जा से चलने वाले सोलर एनर्जी पार्क का शिलान्यास किया है।

सौर ऊर्जा प्रदूषण कम करेगी


सीमा के पास पवन चक्कियां लगने से सुरक्षा भी बढ़ेगी। बिजली का बिल कम करने में भी मदद मिलेगी, प्रदूषण कम होगा, पर्यावरण को काफी फायदा होगा। यहां पैदा होने वाली बिजली 5 करोड़ टन कॉर्बन डाइऑक्साइड के उत्सर्जन रोकेगी, 9 करोड़ पेड़ों को कटने से रोकेगी।

नर्मदा का पानी पहुंचा तो लोग रो दिए


किसी समय कच्छ में नर्मदा का पानी पहुंचाने की बात होती थी, तो लोग इसे असंभव सा बताते थे, लेकिन ये हुआ। जल संरक्षण के लिए लोग आगे आए। मैं वो दिन भूल नहीं सकता, जिस दिन नर्मदा का पानी यहां पहुंचा। हर कच्छी की आंखों से आंसू बह रहे थे। गुजरात में पानी के लिए जो विशेष ग्रिड बनाई गई, उसका लाभ करोड़ों लोगों को हो रहा है। यह राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जल जीवन मिशन का आधार बना। सिर्फ सवा साल के भीतर 3 करोड़ घरों तक पानी का पाइप पहुंचाया गया है।

इनोवेशन में गुजरात का मुकाबला नहीं


किसानों के लिए अलग से नेटवर्क बनाया जा रहा है। उनके लिए नई लाइनें बनाई जा रही हैं। गुजरात पहला राज्य है जिसने किसानों के लिए नीतियां बनाईं। पहले सोलर पावर के 16-17 रुपए प्रति यूनिट बिकने की बात कही गई थी, आज यही बिजली 2-3 रुपए प्रति यूनिट बिक रही है। सोलर एनर्जी की हमारी क्षमता 16 गुना तक बढ़ गई है। इस क्षेत्र में 104 देशों की स्टडी सामने आई है। यह बताती है कि सोलर एनर्जी इस्तेमाल करने वालों में भारत ने टॉप-3 देशों में जगह बनाई है।

कच्छ के मांडवी में बनेगा डिसैलिनेशन प्लांट


डिसैलिनेशन प्लांट कच्छ के मांडवी में बनाया जाएगा। इसकी मदद से हर दिन 10 करोड़ लीटर समुद्र के पानी को पीने के पानी में बदला जा सकेगा। यह गुजरात में पानी की कमी को दूर करने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा। इससे करीब क्षेत्र के 8 लाख लोगों को पीने के पानी की सप्लाई की जा सकेगी। यह गुजरात में बनाए जा रहे पांच डिसैलिनेशन प्लांट में से एक होगा। ऐसे ही प्लांट दाहेज, द्वारका, घोघा भावनगर और गिर सोमनाथ में भी बनाए जा रहे हैं।

121 करोड़ की लागत से तैयार होगा मिल्क प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट


ऑटोमैटिक मिल्क प्रोसेसिंग और पैकेजिंग प्लांट कच्छ के अंजार में बनाया जाएगा। इसे 121 करोड़ रु. की लागत से तैयार किया जाएगा। इसमें से हर दिन करीब 2 लाख लीटर दूध लीटर की प्रोसेसिंग की जा सकेगी।

30 गीगावॉट तक बिजली बनेगी


यह हाइब्रिड रिन्युएबल एनर्जी पार्क कच्छ के विघाकोट गांव में बनाया जा रहा है। 72 हजार 600 हेक्टेयर में फैले इस एनर्जी पार्क में 30 गीगावाट तक बिजली बनाई जा सकेगी। यहां पर विंड और सोलर एनर्जी के स्टोरेज के लिए अलग जोन होगा।
