दुष्कर्म आरोपी को 10 साल कठोर कारावास

अदालत ने नाबालिग को अगवा करने और दुष्कर्म करने के आरोप में हुसैन कुमार (काकू) को दस साल कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। न्यायालय ने आरोपित को दस हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। जुर्माना अदा न करने की सूरत में दोषी को एक साल का साधारण कारावास भुगतना होगा। पुलिस थाना निरमंड में 15 सितंबर 2018 को पीडि़ता की माता ने नाबालिग बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म होने का मामला दर्ज किया था। पुलिस में दर्ज शिकायत में उसने बताया था कि हुसैन कुमार निवासी प्रांगचा, तहसील निरमंड ने 13 अगस्त 2018 को उसकी बेटी का अपहरण किया और अपने घर में 12 सितंबर तक रखा।
इस दौरान उसने नाबालिग के साथ दुष्कर्म किया और किसी को बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी। इस दौरान किसी तरह पीडि़ता वहां से भागकर अपने घर पहुंची और सारी वारदात माता को बताई। इसके बाद पीड़िता की माता ने इस संबंध में तहसीलदार निरमंड और पुलिस थाना में आरोपित के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवाया।
पुलिस थाना निरमंड में आरोपित के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 342, 506, 376 और पोस्को एक्ट की धारा 6 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया और साक्ष्य जुटाए गए। सोमवार को अदालत ने सभी आरोप सिद्ध होने पर दोषी को 10 साल के कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई। सरकार की ओर से मामले की पैरवी जिला न्यायवादी सुरेश हेटा ने की है।
