कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते मामलों से जिला के हॉटस्पॉट बने रामपुर नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में एक बार फिर से धारा 144 लागू हो गई है। अगले पांच दिसंबर सुबह 6 बजे तक यह धारा लागू रहेगी। इस दौरान नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में लोगों को घरों से बाहर निकलने पर पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध रहेगा। आवश्यक सामानों की सप्लाई लोगों को घर-द्वार पर मुहैया करवाई जाएगी। इस अवधि में प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से नप क्षेत्र के सभी लोगों की कोरोना स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी। वहीं, नेशनल हाईवे पांच पर वाहनों की आवाजाही पर रोक नहीं रहेगी।
गौरतलब है कि रामपुर में कोरोना संक्रमण के लगातार बढ़ रहे मामले सरकार, प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की चिंता बढ़ा रहे हैं। रविवार को रामपुर में एकसाथ 53 लोग कोरोना संक्रमित पाए गए। इनमें सबसे अधिक रामपुर के व्यापारी और उनके पास काम करने वाले कर्मचारी थे। स्थानीय प्रशासन ने संक्रमण के बढ़ते खतरे को देखते हुए सोमवार रात 9 बजे से 5 दिसंबर सुबह 6 बजे तक समूचे नगर परिषद क्षेत्र को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित कर दिया है।

इससे पहले भी 24 से 26 नवंबर दो दिन के लिए रामपुर नप क्षेत्र में धारा 144 लगाई गई थी। चार जिलों के प्रमुख व्यापारिक केंद्र रामपुर में अधिकाधिक व्यापारियों के संक्रमित होने के बाद संक्रमण फैलने का खतरा काफी बढ़ गया है, जिसे देखते हुए प्रशासन ने नप क्षेत्र में डोर टू डोर कोरोना जांच करने का निर्णय लिया है। पांच दिसबंर तक कंटेनमेंट जोन में लोगों की आवाजाही पर पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध रहेगा। इस दौरान केवल दवाई की दुकानें ही खोली जाएंगी, जबकि लोगों को आवश्यक सामान की आपूर्ति घर-द्वार पर होगी। प्रशासन ने बैंक और इंश्योरेंस दफ्तरों को भी बंद रखने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
एसडीएम सुरेंद्र मोहन ने बताया कि नप क्षेत्र में बढ़ रहे कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों को देखते हुए नगर परिषद रामपुर को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किया गया है। नप क्षेत्र में सोमवार रात 9 बजे से 5 दिसंबर सुबह 6 बजे तक धारा 144 लागू रहेगी। इस दौरान कोई भी व्यक्ति घर से बाहर न निकले। नप क्षेत्र में रहने वाले सभी लोगों की प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग स्क्रीनिंग करेगा। आवश्यक सामान लोगों को घर-द्वार पर मुहैया करवाया जाएगा। उन्होंने नप क्षेत्र के लोगों को संक्रमण से बचाव को लेकर सभी दिशा-निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन करने की अपील की है।
