जिला के लोअर खलीनी के भगवती नगर में एक युवक ने फंदा लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली है। शव को बरामद कर पुलिस आत्महत्या के कारणों का पता लगाने में जुट गई है। युवक के पास से पुलिस को एक सुसाइड नोट भी बरामद हुआ है, जिसमें पैसों के लेनदेन व परेशान होने का जिक्र किया गया है। 24 वर्षीय युवक अपने परिवार के साथ रहता था। युवक ने घर पर एक निर्माणाधीन भवन में दुपट्टे से फंदा लगाया था।
परिजनों को जब इसका पता चला तो युवक को तत्काल पंथाघाटी के एक निजी अस्पताल में उपचार के लिए ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस की टीम तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए आईजीएमसी भेज दिया। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद भी आत्महत्या के कारणों का पता चल पाएगा। एसपी शिमला मोहित चावला ने पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि पुलिस की मामले को लेकर कार्रवाई जारी है
