उपमंडल रामपुर के झाखड़ी क्षेत्र में एक मारुति कार दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होकर सड़क मार्ग से नीचे गिर गई। इस दुर्घटना में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई है। जानकारी के अनुसार गाड़ी (एचपी 06-6051) झाखड़ी के पास के 400 मीटर गहरी खाई में गिर गई। इस दौरान कार चालक की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। मृतक चालक की शिनाख्त रूप लाल (64) गांव कोटी, डाकघर लबाना तहसील रामपुर जिला शिमला के रूप में हुई है। डीएसपी रामपुर चंद्रशेखर ने मामले की पुष्टि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुर्घटना के कारणों की छानबीन की जा रही है।
