बिना फीस शराब कारोबारी को लाइसेंस, इंस्पेक्टर सस्पेंड

सिरमौर के राजगढ़ में शराब के कारोबार में सरकारी खजाने को लगभग डेढ़ करोड़ रुपए का घोटाला सामने आया है। घोटाले की जानकारी सामने आने के बाद आबकारी व कराधान आयुक्त ने राजगढ़ के एक्साइज इंस्पैक्टर हरीश को सस्पैंड करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि मामले में 50 लाख रूपए की रिकवरी भी हो गई है, परंतु इस संबंध में आयुक्त ने कोई पुष्टि नहीं की है। जानकारी के अनुसार थोक विक्रेता से जब शराब को ठेके में लाना होता है तो इसके लिए लाइसैंस फीस की अदा करना होती है जो कि सरकारी खजाने में शामिल होती है। लेकिन विभाग के लोग खुद भी इस बात पर हैरान हैं कि बिना लाइसैंस फीस के ही कैसे शराब के ठेकेदार को परमिट जारी किया जाता रहा। मामला संज्ञान में आने के बाद विभाग भी हैरत में पड़ गया कि कैसे इस स्तर पर एक इंस्पैक्टर द्वारा कोताही बरती जा सकती है। सूत्रों का ये भी कहना है कि शराब के ठेकेदारों द्वारा डिफाल्टर होने की स्थिति में अपनी फर्मों के नाम बदल लिए जाते हैं। सोलन में लगभग अढ़ाई करोड़ रुपए के डिफाल्ट करने वालों ने ही राजगढ़ में इस तरीके से कथित घोटाले को अंजाम दिया है, इस संबंध में भी जांच की जानी चाहिए। सवाल यह है कि क्या एक एक्साइज इंस्पैक्टर द्वारा बिना लाइसैंस फीस की अदायगी के परमिट जारी करने की हिम्मत जुटाई जा सकती है या नहीं। जानकारों का यह भी कहना है कि सिरमौर के कुछ अन्य इलाकों में भी शराब के इसी ठेकेदार द्वारा कारोबार किया जा रहा है। जांच का विषय यह भी है कि शराब ठेकेदार से जुड़ी बेनामी फर्मों ने पहले भी सरकार के खजाने को चपत लगाई है। वहीं आबकारी कराधान आयुक्त रोहन चंद ठाकुर ने एक्साइज इंस्पैक्टर को निलंबित करने की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि थोक गोदाम से रिटेल परमिट में 30 फीसदी लाइसैंस फीस ली जाती है जो इस मामले में नहीं ली गई। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की पूरी गहनता से जांच चल रही है। आयुक्त ने बताया कि निलंबन के आदेश वीरवार को जारी किए गए थे।
