टॉयलेट के पानी से बुझाई प्यास, सीएमओ बोले झूठ है

कोविड काल में प्रदेश में चिकित्सकों के मरीजों से दुर्व्यवहार के कई बार आरोप लगे। ऐसे ही आरोप ऊना अस्पताल पर लगे हैं तो वहीं अस्पताल प्रबन्धन ने आरोपों को झूठा बताया है। आधी रात के समय एक कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव मरीज ने अस्पताल में ठीक व्यवहार न होने का आरोप लगाया है। हार्ट पैशेंट कोविड पॉजिटिव मरीज अस्पताल में रैफर होकर एम्बुलैंस से पहुंचता है ताकि उसका यहां टैस्ट हो सके लेकिन यहां हालात ऐसे बन गए कि घंटों तक उसको पीने के लिए पानी तक नहीं मिला। वह पानी के लिए चिल्लाता रहा लेकिन किसी ने उसको पानी नहीं दिया। थक-हारकर उस मरीज को अस्पताल के टॉयलेट में लगे नल का पानी पीने को मजबूर होना पड़ा। दर्द में कराहते हुए मरीज ने परिवार से संपर्क किया तो वह भी बेचैन हो गया। अस्पताल प्रबंधन की व्यवस्थाओं से न केवल मरीज खिन्न हुआ बल्कि उसका परिवार भी रुष्ट हो गया। लिफ्ट लेकर उक्त व्यक्ति तड़के 4 बजे घर पहुंचा तब कहीं जाकर मरीज और परिवार ने राहत की सांस ली। उधर, स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कोविड नियम तोड़ने की पुलिस में शिकायत दी।
मामला सामने आने के बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने उसके खिलाफ कोविड नियम तोड़ने की शिकायत पुलिस में दी है। उक्त कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव मरीज के रातोंरात घर पहुंचने की सूचना पाने के बाद स्वास्थ्य विभाग हरकत में आ गया। सुबह प्रशासन व पुलिस को सूचित किया गया। प्रशासनिक टीम उक्त मरीज के घर उसको लेने पहुंच गई लेकिन सुविधाएं न मिलने से गुस्साए परिवार ने टीम पर काफी गुबार निकाला। बाद में उस मरीज को होमआइसोलेट कर दिया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग का दावा है कि उक्त मरीज को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं दी गई थीं और उसका क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल में सीटी स्कैन भी किया गया था। ड्यूटी पर तैनात चिकित्सक ने उसका इलाज किया था। उक्त मरीज स्वास्थ्य विभाग पर इलाज और मूलभूत सुविधाएं न देने के आरोप लगा रहा है।
गगरेट विधानसभा क्षेत्र के एक गांव का निवासी 46 वर्षीय पुरुष पिछले काफी वर्षों से गगरेट अस्पताल में ठेकेदार के पास बतौर सफाई कर्मी कार्यरत है। उसकी वीरवार को रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आ गई जिसके बाद उसको कोविड अस्पताल हरोली शिफ्ट कर दिया गया। यहां उसकी शुक्रवार देर रात लगभग 11 बजे तबीयत खराब हो गई और उसको छाती में दर्द शुरू हो गई। इसके बाद वहां चिकित्सीय टीम ने उसको चैक किया और ट्रीटमैंट देने के बाद कुछ टैस्टों के लिए क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल भेज दिया। क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल में सुविधाएं न मिलने के बाद उक्त मरीज रातोंरात घर पहुंच गया।
इस संबंध में सीएमओ डॉ. रमन कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि उक्त मरीज को क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल में लाया गया था, जहां तैनात डाक्टर ने उसको इलाज दिया और यहां उसका सीटी स्कैन भी किया गया लेकिन उक्त मरीज नियमों की अवहेलना करते हुए अपनी मर्जी से अस्पताल से निकल गया और उसका फोन भी बंद आ रहा था। इस संबंध में प्रशासन और पुलिस को सूचित किया गया है। पुलिस के पास शिकायत सौंपी गई है। पानी न मिलने के आरोप सही नहीं हैं, पूरे अस्पताल में पानी के आरओ लगे हुए हैं।
