भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों में बेहद चुनौतीपूर्ण प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जहां तक तमाम सुविधाएं जुटाए जाने के दावे किए जा रहे हैं। वही प्रदेश के मैदानी जिला ऊना के तहत जिला मुख्यालय से महज 6 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित ग्राम पंचायत टक्का में करीब 200 लोगों की आबादी आज भी सड़क से महरूम है। देश को आजाद हुए 73 वर्ष बीत जाने के बाद भी मोहल्ले के बाशिंदों के लिए आजादी कोई मायने नहीं रखती। बरसात के दिनों में यदि मोहल्ले में कोई बीमार हो जाए और उसे लेने एंबुलेंस घर पहुंची हो तो उस एंबुलेंस को भी धक्का लगा कर सड़क तक पहुंचाना पड़ता है। नेताओं के चुनावी वायदों से तंग आ चुके यहां के वाशिंदों ने इस बार पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के चुनाव का बहिष्कार करने का ऐलान कर डाला है। ग्रामीणों ने दो टूक कहा कि यदि उन्हें रास्ता नहीं मिलेगा तो वह किसी को भी अपना वोट नहीं देंगे। ग्राम पंचायत टक्का के वाशिंदों ने ऐलान किया है कि वह इस बार पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के चुनाव का पूर्ण रूप से बहिष्कार करेंगे। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि आजादी के 73 वर्ष बीत जाने के बाद भी जहां देश भर में भारी तरक्की का ढिंढोरा पीटा जाता है वही जिला मुख्यालय से महज 6 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर बसे इनके मोहल्ले को आज तक रास्ता नसीब नहीं हो पाया है। चुनावी दिन नजदीक आते ही नेता इन लोगों के पास आते हैं लोक लुभावने वायदे कर इनके वोट हासिल करके लौट जाते हैं। लेकिन चुनाव बीत जाने के बाद इनकी समस्या भी रात गई बात गई जैसी हो जाती है। प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के दरबार पर कई बार यह लोग अपनी समस्या लेकर पहुंचे लेकिन वहां पर भी तकनीकी कारणों का हवाला देकर इन्हें वापस लौटा दिया जाता रहा है। कुल मिलाकर सड़क को तरस रहे इस मोहल्ले के बाशिंदों को आश्वासन के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिल पाया है। वही गुस्से से लबरेज ग्रामीणों ने नेताओं और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के इस रवैया से तंग आकर इस बार चुनाव का बहिष्कार करने का ऐलान कर डाला। ग्रामीणों ने दो टूक कहा है कि जब तक उनके लिए एक रास्ते का निर्माण नहीं होता तब तक वह किसी को अपना वोट नहीं देंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि बरसात के दिनों में उन्हें अपने घरों तक पहुंचना भी एक चुनौती बन जाता है। भारी बारिश के दौरान यदि कोई बीमार हो जाए और उसे लेने एंबुलेंस घर तक पहुंची हो तो एंबुलेंस को घर से सड़क तक पहुंचाने के लिए सभी लोगों को धक्का लगाना पड़ता है। ग्रामीणों का यह भी कहना है कि कई पंचायतें आई और चली गई लेकिन उनकी समस्या सामने आते ही हर कोई हाथ खड़े कर देता था। ऐसे में अब नेताओं की समस्या पर ग्रामीणों के भी हाथ खड़े हो चुके हैं और वह इस बार कोई वोट पोल नहीं करेंगे। वहीं एडीसी ऊना डॉ. अमित शर्मा ने कहा कि उनके ध्यान में अभी यह मामला आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन ग्रामीणों की समस्या को जानने के लिए जाएगा और उसके शीघ्र समाधान का प्रयास किया जायेगा।
