एक और प्रदेश भर में आज से आपात सेवा 108 ठप्प हो चुकी है तो दूसरी तरफ प्रदेश के गरीब लोगों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। जिला चंबा में पत्नी के प्रसव के लिए चुवाड़ी स्थित नागरिक अस्पताल अाई महिला को पहले रैफर कर नूरपुर भेज दिया गया। आपात सेवा 108 का लाभ लेने के लिए जब महिला का पति गया तो पता चला कि आपात सेवा 108 ठप्प पड़ी है। बताते चलें कि प्रदेश में 108 सेवाएं दे रही कम्पनी तथा कर्मचारियों में वेतन को लेकर जारी गतिरोध के बीच एंबुलेंस चालक व कर्मी हड़ताल पर चले गए हैं। इस बीच जैसे तैसे पैसों का जुगाड कर उक्त व्यक्ति नूरपुर पहुंच गया। वहीं नूरपुर वालों ने टांडा जाने को कह दिया। उक्त व्यक्ति के अनुसार इस 100 किलोमीटर के सफर में अगर उसकी पत्नी को कुछ हो जाता है तो वो क्या करेगा। उक्त युवक इसके बाद अपनी पत्नी को फिलहाल जसुर के निजी अस्पताल में लेे गया है। इस पूरे मामले को लेकर आक्रोश जताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि चुवाड़ी में चिकित्सकों ने उनकी पत्नी को आनन फानन में नूरपुर रैफर कर दिया जबकि नूरपुर के मेडिकल स्टाफ का कहना था कि पिछले कुछ माह से यहां प्रसव नहीं होता तथा इसकी जानकारी चुवाड़ी अस्पताल को भी है। लिहाज़ा बावजूद इसके 108 एंबुलेंस की प्रदेश भर में शुरू हुई हड़ताल के चलते खड़ी खड्ड निवासी पवन कुमार को पत्नी के लिए एंबुलेंस तक न मिल पाई। पवन के मुताबिक पिछले ही महीने उसके छोटे भाई की पत्नी के बच्चे की अस्पताल ले जाते ही रास्ते में मौत हो चुकी है। इस हादसे के बाद सहमा पवन पत्नी को जसुर के निजी अस्पताल ले गया जहां उसकी पत्नी चिकित्सकों की देखरेख में है।
उधर इस संदर्भ में चुवाड़ी अस्पताल के वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी श्याम शर्मा ने बताया कि वो अवकाश से लौटे हैं तथा जांच करेंगे कि महिला को रैफर क्यों किया गया। बकौल शर्मा मेडिकल ग्राउंड पर ही अमूमन चिकित्सक किसी मरीज को रैफर करते हैं। हालांकि उन्होंने माना कि चुवाड़ी से मरीजों को जरूरत पड़ने पर चंबा या टांडा मैडिकल कॉलेज ही रैफर किया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि वो मामले की जांच करेंगे।
